Awful company, zero customer service
They made a delivery to our site back on 27th February. The driver hit two buildings knocking down guttering and a security camera on one and damaging the roof on another. I have since then been promised this will get fixed. I am still waiting, more than 2 months after the incident! After several promises that it will get fixed they passed it to their insurance company. Neither Liam or Boris at Jays, nor the insurance company are now replying to emails. I have significant damage to my yard and my security is compromised but they clearly don’t care. All we’re asking is to have things replaced like for like.
