Complete scam. Bought from Knightsbridge (their previous company), and had to call 5 separate times to try to get them to ship to me. Despite their reassurances, they never even tried to ship to me. Promised to send, etc. Lies, lies, lies. Do not give these liars you money.
I need to either return or exchange this chinstrap, but cannot get a hold of Jawvia. The fit on this is terrible and it is uncomfortable to wear. Better off buying a cheap one from Amazon.
It’s a great product and I have passed this information onto a number of physicians, health clubs, senior citizens complexes and other venues.

Horrible, horrible company. Customer service is terrible and they will not help. The product is poor quality and getting a refund/returning your item is nearly impossible.

The dual chin strap relieves cervical neck compression from Ruby chin strap alternates while keeping leaks down. The ear holes in this model really relieved pressure on my ears so recommend getting this design.
