The best jeweler i have ever visited i bought i chain from their online store and unfortunetely i could decide my size very well i contacted the supprt and described my issue. Firstly i wanted to return the chain but then some how i k ew that they are located near by me and i went their store in independence center and had a good experience the jeweler there his name is Jay is very friendly and helpfull he helped me with my size and i got a bigger necklace although i had to little extra but i was very happy with their service.
Highly recommended.

I ordered a $2,000 chain and after 7 days of not hearing a single thing, I send an email, and then another, and another. I even called the customer service number and there was no answer. Finally after my 4th email asking them to cancel my order and issue me a refund, they magically respond and say “Oh sorry we were experiencing technical issues with our email” yea right… all of a sudden when I want to cancel and want a refund you decide to respond. Piss poor customer service at best. Stay away! Go spend a couple hundred extra bucks somewhere else to a place that actually cares.

I went to Jawa jewelry yesterday and looked at a ring, and they told me that it was a natural diamond, not Lab Grown. I had a piece of jewelry that I thought about trading, and he asked me to bring it in today, so I come to the store and the owner wasn't there but the manager was. I ask the manager to give me an eye loop so I could look at this diamond and he didn't want to, but he finally did. If you're ever curious on whether it's a natural mine diamond or a lab grown diamond, you look on the edges of the diamond with an eye loop and it will say LGD if it's lab grown. Sure enough it said right there in plain sight LGD. I told them, you guys are falsifying information and misleading people to believe they're getting authentic mine diamond and you're selling them a lab grown diamond. I said I'm not interested, and I'm leaving. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! Not even worth a 1 star!!!!!

The cubic zirconia hoop earrings were bigger in diameter than they appeared online. I still like them do not love them the cost is very reasonable and they shipped and delivered in a fast and timely manner. I would purchase from the store in the mall but not online.

Quality jewelry at a price I could live with.

My new turquoise pendant is beautiful and actually larger than I expected, a nice surprise. Since it was made after I ordered it, I had to wait a bit longer to receive it, but it's worth it. The package shipped well and the pendant was well-protected. I will purchase more items.
