My time so far with JB and the Raging Bull community has been a great experience. I always read the reviews and there are some who have bashed him for bad trades. Trading ain't easy. The reality is you can make 9 awesome trades out of 10 and you will only hear about the ONE bad trade from most people. Learning his bull puts/bear calls strategy for my own personal toolbox of trades has helped me tremendously. Keep kicking ass JB and taking names. Remember your health is more important than everything.

Go and review the stocks like HMNY he picked a few years ago. His picks are favour to pump and dump institutions. Lost significant amounts because of this person. Don’t trust him and lose your capital.

It's alarming how much he is guessing and admitting as much. Blames his continuously poor picks on "a choppy market". Yeah, it's choppy for everyone which good traders can profit from. Listening to Jason speak does not engender any faith in him. Constantly sounds lost and unsure of himself.

UPDATE after the "Liberation Day" tariffs: just a couple hours after the markets opened to chaos he immediately started to declare "this is the bottom", "fear will fade soon, likely overnight", etc and started playing IWM/QQQ calls and UXVY puts. Of course the exact opposite happened as UVXY spiked even further overnight and SPY/IWM/QQQ continued to plummet. All of this is to highlight that a supposed "professional trader" looked at the biggest market disruption since Covid (something that will have reverberations for weeks, if not months) and diagnosed it as a 24-hour head cold. Again, very alarming stuff.

Another SAJ into the trash can. I'm not surprised to be honest. This is what he sent out in the email recently -

"I LOVE the $2K SAJ strategy but for me, management of options is soooo much harder than stocks, so I’ll return to stocks. My goal for Journey is to start over and see if I can build $2,000 into $50,000."

This is like the fourth or fifth Small Account Journey account that he blew up. This guy is full of BS. I'd highly encourage people to stay away from his services.

Jason is doing a great job and I feel I learn something almost every day. I really appreciate Jason providing detail on his trade plans. My preference is for him to continue to provide the same level of detail he has been providing including his personal goals. By providing his personal goals it puts each trade in perspective and helps me understand strategy

Jason is excellent teacher, easy to follow. His transparency is refreshing. I vote for as much data as possible on trades. Been elite member since 2023 and yes my account is bigger now than then

I agree with your approach for the most part. I agree you do tend to close trades a bit early at time to secure the "win". But I think we could all learn from that. You should as a habit never let a positive trade go negative. I also agree that you rarely achieve your target profit. I have made the mistake more than once to hold out for bigger profits, only to close with a significant loss. What I have learned about Option trading is once they turn down, they tend to never recover. You enter the trade typically on an uptrend, thus see immediate positive to your trade, if it turns down Exit!! Take the couple hundred bucks, and wait for better entry.

I appreciate the notifications and the information of trade goal, profit or loss. A quick word about why you (Jason) are in the trade is helpful also. I wouldn’t change what you are doing. The rest is up to me, my responsibility. Your information shows me what I can attain or even more. I celebrate your wins and try to learn from the losses just as you do.

I received an email yesterday from Jason asking for feedback on his small account journey and to post here with my thoughts. I have mixed feeling about the saj program. while I understand that its ok to alter and adjust a system to improve results, I really wish more attention is paid to the smaller account balances instead of the larger balance that he spends a lot of time using. I would like to see Jason use the 2k balance more and make conservative trades even if it means slower growth and days where trades are not there. There are two main benefits of saj. First is the learning or training, which is beneficial in understanding his strategy. Second is the growth or profit of the account. The win ratio looks good on paper, but this system of trading is basically win small and lose big, so you have to win a lot to cover the eventual losses. I hope Jason can tweak his 2k account in 2025 to produce reasonable growth for the time invested.

Jason is a great teacher. He is very transparent as he shares his enter/exit strategies, sizes, and targets which I value very much. As a trader, we have to make decisions and determine our risk levels, sizes, and enter/exit strategies. His teaching and transparency is what makes this service the best around.

I was asked to leave an honest review, so here it is:

I joined three services at Raging Bull about four years ago. They claimed (bragged) that they were highly profitable, and the implied expectations were that they would share these amazing wins too. I paid thousands of dollars for the lifetime subscriptions (looking back it was just plain stupid on my part to pay for lifetime based only on the promises), and dedicated myself fully. I have 25 years of experience, and traded only 1 contract - as conservative as possible.

All three services (Jeff Bishop, the other Jeff, and Jason Bond Small Account Journey were off to a bad start, but I kept positive and traded until my accounts were down around 50% (trading tiny one contract sizes). I could not get my money back for the services (RED FLAG). I could not afford to keep losing so much, so stopped trading this way.

The barrage of claims of making so much money fooled me again, and months later I refilled my trading accounts and started back up. This time, I was told, Jason had better techniques. Again I traded just one contract and as conservatively as possible, but again my accounts were just grinding lower, until after many weeks/months of applying Jason's trades, I had to stop with half of my accounts wiped out (again).

Months later, I did the same - refilled my accounts, got back aboard (as Jason had better refined his technique), and tried again. Same results - equity curve from top left down to lower right.

Months later... You get the idea. I did this so many times over the years. I/we never had a winning month.

I would imagine in a strong bull rally that does not retrace at all, Jason's strategy would produce nice wins. But, in any other market environment, it is not profitable, as far as my prior experience and current experience goes.

As far as the win rate goes (for those who understand option Greeks), anyone can easily get a 60% or 70% win rate using deltas alone. If you sell a △20, that equates to 80% win rate. If you sell a △30 delta, that is a 70% win rate. Selling "at the money" ( △50) is about a 50/50% win rate. The problem is, is that the winners are small, and losers are large (this is the inherent reason why one can have a high win rate %, but your account goes down. Anyone can just sell random out of the money spreads and when it works you get a little bit, and when you lose you lose much more. So you CAN get a "high" win rate, but your losers will chop your account downwards every time.
One YouTube video can explain it really well. Ask ANY professional trader - the win rate alone means nothing if your losers are much larger.

I would say, if you are a beginning trader with no experience, this is a good (but very expensive) start to learn (although no better than free YouTube videos). Just don't get your hopes up and don't trade real money. Paper trade only, do the entries and watch very closely the timing of the exits (which are NOT posted anywhere near real time). What I have noticed is the exits, when posted later, always seem to be fantastic exits - right before a selloff, or right at the peak. If you don't have the luck/skill to exit at exactly the peak or exactly before a selloff, you will notice (I did anyway) that Jason's results are much different than actual results. For me, these services were a huge mistake in my trading journey.

Personally, if I were selling services like this, I would offer an unconditional money back guarantee. If it worked, then people would be happy and keep paying for the service (of course).

As a trader with 25 years of trading experience and four years of trading with them, this is my honest opinion and account of my experience with Raging Bull, Jason Bond Picks, and Jeff Bishop's services.

Jason Bond is a great and passionate teacher. I thoroughly enjoy following your journey so do not change a thing! Reading about your goals is very important. You post trades, potential risk and gains because you have a trading plan going into each trade. I imagine most of the negative reviews like taking profit too early blah blah blah are the result of people not trading their own plan, getting greedy and losing money as a result. Base hits is the name of this game if you want to survive long term. Great service. Money well spent.

Love the perspective Jason brings (as a new member). I was always familiar with spreads and am enjoying a much more relaxed way to trade either daily or swing.

I have only taken my first trade but have been enjoying the morning videos and education. I am very excited and enjoy this learning with only 2 k at risk.

For me it’s the knowledge and journey I’m enjoying. As I would like to do this for some extra cash during retirement.

I think it’s really a great way to learn and appreciate the adaptive approach as we small account journey together

I joined the Small Account Journey with Jason Bond about 4 months ago. The strategy he has developed for Small Account Journey has been the best one I have ever come across for growing a small balance quickly with the greatest chance of success. The extent of the education and resources he provides is definitely worth every penny. I often act on his trade alerts with great success, but have also been given the tools from his teaching to successfully find and enter my own trades. My account balance has only grown since using this strategy, and I tell as many people about it as I can.

Regarding Small Account Journey my vote is more data. I like to see how many contracts JB is doing, as it gives me an idea of which stock he likes the best. Of course you want to know the entry and expiration date of the spread, otherwise you wouldn’t have a clue to timing. And, how much he paid indicates risk level. There’s nothing wrong with a tough review, but only if you know how the system works and the goals set out.
SAJ is the best of the services provided due to the teaching and JB’s commitment to his customers. More data JB, you rock!

I'm confident that I speak for many when I say: please don't change your methods. I greatly appreciate the trade alerts, but the education is far more valuable. I don't leap into every trade you send out, but I also make a lot of trades own my own. OWN MY OWN. I have the ability and the confidence to do that because of what I've learned from you, JB. I don't know if you could even put a price tag on that. I've spent money on other services and none of them compare in my opinion. The amount of time and energy you put into SAJ is amazing to me. I started at square one. No option trading at all. I have learned as much or more from JB than any college course I have ever taken. I do not want change. I want to know your results. Keep it the same, do not change!!! How do you eat a shark? One bite at a time! How does a shark eat you? Enough said.
