My experience with Jarvis.cx has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
My account was downgraded to Basic during the trial, but my credit card was still charged afterwards.
I lost access to the admin dashboard, meaning I could not manage or remove my payment method.
I contacted their support multiple times via email, feedback form, and even LinkedIn, but received no response for a very long time. When they finally replied, it was repetitive and unhelpful.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their handling of customer payments and sensitive data. Even after weeks, I still do not have access to my account, nor a clear resolution.
⚠️ Warning to others: Be very careful before giving this company your payment information. Their lack of accountability and customer support makes them completely unreliable.
