Thank you for taking the time to share this, Ibrahim! It's great to hear that Sultan's detailed explanations and supportive approach helped you feel more confident behind the wheel. We know that learning to drive involves much more than simply mastering the controls, and having someone who takes the time to explain things properly can make such a difference. Sultan will be really pleased to know his teaching has had such a positive impact on your experience. We truly appreciate your kind words and wish you all the best with your driving!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Mike from Jarretts Driving School enough! I had quite a lot of nerves and lack of confidence when it came to driving, especially in a manual, but Mike was incredibly patient, friendly and reassuring from the very beginning.
I had a different instructor before Mike and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience, which really affected my confidence. Changing to Mike made such a huge difference for me. He was so supportive, explained everything clearly and always made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. He never made me feel embarrassed for making mistakes and always knew how to calm my nerves and help me improve.
Thanks to Mike’s teaching and encouragement, I managed to pass my manual driving test first time, which I genuinely didn’t think I would be able to do! He helped me believe in myself and made such a big difference to my driving.
He also taught my friend, who had unfortunately failed her test a few times previously, and she also went on to pass first time with Mike. That really says a lot about how good he is at bringing out the best in his students.

What a wonderful review, Nancy! Thank you so much for sharing your experience, and a huge congratulations on passing your manual driving test first time! 🎉🚗
It's particularly rewarding to hear how much of a difference Mike made to your confidence, especially after your previous experience had left you feeling nervous about driving. Learning to drive should be an enjoyable and encouraging experience, and nobody should ever feel embarrassed about making mistakes. We're delighted that Mike provided the patience, reassurance and support you needed to believe in yourself.
It's also fantastic to hear about your friend's success with Mike! Helping learners overcome their nerves and achieve something they once thought was out of reach is what makes this job so rewarding. Clearly, Mike has a real talent for bringing out the best in his pupils, and we're incredibly fortunate to have him as part of our team.
We'll certainly be passing your lovely feedback on to Mike, who we're sure will be delighted to read it. Thank you again for choosing Jarrett's Driving School and for taking the time to recognise his hard work.
Wishing you many years of safe, confident and enjoyable driving!

Good learning experience
A very good learning experience with Miss Borbala at Jarrett's Driving School! Ever since the first lesson, she has provided the best support, advice & guidance, all delivered with patience during lessons (not only just to pass the test, but ultimately to drive safely). Many thanks to her, as I passed my manual driving test on my first attempt, with only 2 minors!
Communication with my instructor has been very simple, and rescheduling certain lessons were easily done with long-enough notice.
Really appreciate Borbala's willingness to provide an early-morning pre-test lesson on my test day, to accommodate my morning test slot, despite her having to journey far - Shows that she thinks of what's best for her students.
Should you decide to start your driving journey with this driving school, I'd recommend having lessons with Miss Borbala, and she will look after you well!

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Louisa for all her support, patience, and excellent guidance over the past few months. 5‑Star Review for Liliana
I cannot recommend Liliana highly enough. She is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated driving instructor who genuinely wants her students to achieve the best possible result. She is firm in the right way, but always friendly, calm, and supportive — the perfect balance.
As someone with ADHD, I often need extra patience, clear structure, and reassurance. Liliana provided all of that and more. She adapted her teaching to my needs, explained things clearly, and helped me stay focused even when I struggled. Her support never wavered.
Thanks to her guidance and belief in me, I passed my driving test on the first attempt — something I still can’t quite believe. It truly feels like a dream come true, and it is all thanks to Liliana’s consistency, encouragement, and high standards.
If you want an instructor who is strict when needed, friendly, patient, and absolutely committed to your success, Liliana is the one.
