Honey was an excellent guide for our Mt. Fuji tour. We were traveling during the Sports Day holiday weekend, so traffic was much heavier than usual, but he handled it very well and helped us make the most of the day. He adjusted the itinerary based on the traffic and timing so we could still see the best possible sights without feeling rushed. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very accommodating with our family throughout the tour. You could tell he knew the area well and understood how to work around the busier roads and crowds. We really appreciated his effort and flexibility, especially given how difficult the traffic was that day. I would highly recommend leaving as early as possible for Mt. Fuji, especially on weekends or holidays, because the traffic can become significant later in the day. If you can request a specific guide, definitely ask for Honey. He made the trip much smoother and more enjoyable, and we would happily tour with him again.

Arslam was amazing. Like a family member! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Arslam was trustworthy and took us where ever we wanted with the time constraints of the day. He was very safe and fun! Good English!

Thank you!

Had a great experience!

We used the tour as a means for transportation to go from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji and have some stops along the way! We did get picked up in time from our airbnb and dropped off at our hotel in Fujikawaguchiko.

We did visit 5th station at Mt Fuji, which was our maingoal, went to Oishii park and to the Ice cave. Also had another stop to a shrine up a hill with a beautiful view of the mountain. Our driver was speaking fluent English and very pleasent to be around and willing to adjust our tour exactly to our needs and preferences!

I can absolutely recommend it! And I really can recommend to stay around the Mountain for several days cause one single daytrip is just cutting it very short.

Guia presavel e atencioso.

Honey, the best driver ever.

We had a nice ride with Arslan around Fuji area. He was super helpful and took us to beautiful places.

Five stars, we couldn't have asked for a better trip! 🥹

My friends and I decided super last minute (quite literally the day before at like 11am) to visit Mount Fuji, and we were still able to book this tour. It was the first time in Japan for a couple of us, so our driver made sure everyone felt at ease and explained everything really clearly. He was incredibly helpful and informative, and brilliant at sharing the history of the places around Mount Fuji and Kawaguchiko.

He also worked around our schedule, letting us spend as long as we wanted at certain spots, and suggested we head out a little earlier, which helped us beat the crowds and get some really great photos.
Thank you so much for the amazing tour.

We really appreciated how accommodating our English speaking driver, Cheema was. Thank you again!!

Ali,our driver,was very friendly and did a fantastic job!👍💪
He drove us everywhere we want (Mount Fuji area tour) and has always great ideas where and how to take beautiful pictures.
So to sum it up:
Great day,fantastic driver-guide and happy customers 😊

Sunny was an exceptional tour guide. Very knowledgeable, he helped us make the most of our time and custom tailored our wishes. He exceeded our expectations and made it a true memory of a lifetime. Would highly recommend.

Very nice tour! Extremely informative and friendly guide. Would recommend.

We were very lucky to have Honey as our driver and guide today. He suggested an earlier start prior to our tour day and we were so glad that we took his advice. Not only did we miss the busy traffic on a Sunday morning but we also caught the amazing view of Mt. Fuji before clouds started to build up for the day. He picked us up on time at our accommodation and explained the setup of the day before we head off. He kept my eldest son entertained the whole time while he sat on the passenger seat at the front and was very patient with my younger kids. Initially, we were hesitate with booking this trip given the rapid change of weather condition, but Honey definitely made our trip worthwhile!

Honey was a wonderful guide I our daily trip to Fuji mountain. He was very accurate on time, very friendly and professional, he explained us every thing and we visited many nice sites in the day. At the end we had a great day!

We had a great day with Arslan, the earlier start to the day was well worth it to beat traffic and crowds on a Saturday. He knew all the spots for great photos and was helpful when asking for an extra stop for a photo.

We had a great experience with Arslan from Japway. He was very flexible with the timing and showed us around Mount Fuji. He was knowledgeable and knew good spots for taking photos.

Highly recommended!

We had an amazing Mount Fuji tour and were very happy with our driver Arslan. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip.

We especially appreciated how flexible he was and how well he adapted the tour to our wishes. He took us to beautiful viewpoints and interesting places around Mount Fuji, making the whole day relaxed and enjoyable.

We had very relaxing and fun day touring Mt Fuji and Hakone Far was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide and was very flexible with our schedule.

Far was a great tour guide and driver, very knowledgeable!

We had a beautiful day seeing Mt Fuji and Hakone.
Honey suggested an earlier start to the day which was absolutely worthwhile!!! Not only did we get spectacular views but we also missed the traffic.
Honey clearly explained each stop on the journey ahead of us exploring independently.

We had a great day. We saw everything we wanted to see both cultural and modern on this tour. Our guide Far was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend ⭐️

While our day was a national holiday and the beginning of a typhoon which disrupted a couple of our plans, Far was great about still making sure we were able to see as much as possible and that we’re as comfortable as possible during our trip. The company was even great about exchanging our day when our travel plans got delayed.
