I ordered some Star Wars models 3 months ago and still haven’t gotten it or any update from them. I have messaged them twice and have gotten no response. Do not order from this company!

No email confirmation after you order and they ignore you.
I ordered a gift for a friend over a week ago, I screenshot the confirmation number and saved the invoice and it's just as well I did as my email never received a confirmation after. Nearly a week later I filled in their "contact us" form which may as well have fallen into a black hole because again, no email. I checked my spam every day too.
I see them actively posting new items on facebook, which was annoying so I called them out in comments, and they gave me a dismissive "maybe it went into your spam?" which it obviously didn't, then they told me to use their email to contact them, which only gave me a dismissive message of:
"To ensure a faster and more efficient handling of your request, all customer support inquiries must be submitted through our official support system.
Please contact us directly via:
[insert contact-us form url, links not allowed]
Requests sent by email may not be processed."
I've been clearly scammed and I'll be opening a chargeback with my bank if they don't give me a working tracking number and confirmation email asap, I am beyond disgusted.

I ordered a figure on 7th January. I have never received a shipping confirmation or any emails from them. I still have not received the item and I've now emailed them 3 times with no response. I'm going to have to wait until July until I can claim the money back from PayPal.
Update 18.05.26 - I have updated my review as after leaving the review on here Japanzon contacted me, apologised, and shipped the order out. I have now received the item.

They kept my money for a month and then decided they were out of stock for all 5 items and refunded me only after I inquired into why the had sent me no order confirmation or tracking number
My only previous attempt ordering from here also resulted in them being out of stock of the item they had listed.
I wont shop here again. I'm exhausted by the disorganization. I'm starting to wonder if they have any of what's on their site in stock. At least they eventually refund the money.

J'ai commandé une peluche le 31/03 et l'ai reçu le 13/04/2026. La livraison à été rapide.
C'est la première fois que j'ai commandé sur cette boutique en ligne et j'en suis très satisfaite de mon expérience.
La peluche à été bien emballée et n'a pas été abîmée lors de son voyage du Japon jusqu'en France.
De plus, j'ai envoyé un message pour prévenir que ma peluche était bien arrivée et un des responsables de la boutique m'a répondu. Il a donc aussi une bonne communication avec le client.
Je recommande !

Hello, on April 12th I ordered "Good Smile Company - Nendoroid "KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World" Mitama" to Israel.
I checked the link and it only says "Payment accepted", no shipping confirmation whatsoever.
Will my order get shipped, or perhaps, was already shipped and on its way to me?
I tried contacting support on the day of purchase but got no response.

Site à éviter absolument ! Ma fille a fait une commande le 10/03 pour un montant de 65 €, son compte a été débité 2 jours après. A ce jour, toujours rien reçu et aucune réponse à mon mail de réclamation, pour demander un remboursement immédiat. J’ai pris contact avec une association de défense de consommateurs et suis en train de voir les recours possibles avec ma banque. Je n’en resterai pas là. Les méthodes de ce site dont inadmissibles !

Fue mi primera compra, compré una caja musical de NieR, debo añadir que el producto en sí es frágil, el saber que pedí su amable apoyo para proteger aún más el producto y tener ese amable y positiva confirmación, me dio mucho más confianza sobre el trato al cliente, volveré a comprar.
El único feedback que pediría sería que en caso de que el envío se retrase, siempre avisar, es completamente normal que pase eso y más cuando son por cuestiones ajenas, simplemente por transparencia, eso sumará más a la confianza del cliente hacia ustedes.

They replied to my review on here but that has been it. I am happy they replied here so it makes me feel somewhat comfortable. But them saying they sent a message when I still have yet to recieve one is concerning. Just want to know if what I ordered is coming or not so I can either purchase the boxes elsewhere.

J’ai commandé une figurine il y a plus d’une semaine. Je n’ai toujours pas reçu la moindre mise à jour de suivi alors que leur site garantit une mise en livraison sous 48 heures et une semaine au pire. Je les ai contacté par email ainsi que via leur plate-forme de contact sur le site web et je reste sans réponse. Leur numéro de téléphone n’est pas attribué ou n’est pas accessible. J’ai cherché dans tous mes mails ainsi que dans mes spams et je n’ai pas trouvé la moindre raison de leur part. J’hésite à faire un litige PayPal car même si je voulais un remboursement, je ne serais pas sûr que la compagnie me réponde à temps. Par ailleurs, on me donne un email et un numéro de commande radicalement différent sur certains navigateurs (alors peut-être qu’un autre client a le suivi de ma commande sans le savoir).
