Everything you could possibly need
Complete novice of an upholsterer trying to reupholster a footstool for the lounge. Didn’t have many of the essentials so went searching and found this website. It had everything I needed all in one place. It was easy to navigate and place and order. The order arrived super quickly and well packaged for transit. The items are exactly as described and perfect for the job at hand. Highly recommend and would order from again myself.

good product but very disappointed with the packing the bag was flimsy and ripped , leaving the materials dirty on arrival .....

I'm sorry to read about the issues you have had with packaging/delivery. We ensure that our materials are placed in a clear bag before being placed in the bags provided to us by the courier. Obviously once collected and with DHL sadly, we can not guarantee how this is handled.
If you had contacted the office to explain this to us, we would of been more than happy to replace the part of material that had arrived dirty.

Great service, great products
Very easy ordering, had everything I needed. Quick dispatch. Was originally notified by the carrier that delivery would be the next day, but it was actually delayed a day - but still quicker than I expected and not a JAM issue. Great service.
