I wish I could give it zero stars because this disgusting company has been getting away with fraudulent behavior for far too long. My only take away from this is to research every company before purchasing online because looks can be deceiving. I had no reason to believe that this company was not legitimate as it had tons of 5 star reviews and was advertised like a real company on Facebook. I purchased two highland cows and received two temu cows. They charged my card under a sister site of theirs that I never heard of for $39.97. Target did not accept my claim or find a reason for it to be considered fraud. I also received another charge for $39.97 from a FashionSquad site. They claimed I signed up for a subscription and now I knew my information had been compromised. I had to cancel my card and it only stopped when I did that. I’m still fighting Target on these charges. I’m waiting for a class action lawsuit or something to be done. There are so many of us who have become victims of this financial nightmare. If anyone sees anything to stop these people from what they are doing or how to go about it please let me know. This is insane!

If I could give it a zero or a negative number I would. I ordered two cows in November and here we are in February and they have sent me so many BS tracking numbers. I went to the post office when they said it had been delivered, and the post office said it was a scam and that no mail of that sort had ever existed in their system.
They charged me a reoccurring fee, even though I specifically checked to make sure that was not the case. And then when they went to fix my order, they only sent tracking for one item when I had ordered two.
None of which I have even received yet. They have no Customer Service number, the left-hand doesn’t know with the right hand is doing because I keep getting multiple emails about how they’re going to fix it or they want to review.
They told me they would have to check with the post office to see if someone else had picked it up and there is no possible way because I checked with the post office and it was never even real tracking. I also started to receive a bunch of scam charges on the card that I used to purchase the items and I’ve had to cancel my card.
This is literally the worst company I have ever had. I’ve also heard if you actually get the item that it is a very low quality which would not surprise me.
Complete fraud stay away or any of their sister companies like variedgood.com or a Goda perfume site.
You’ll never get your item and if you do, you’re not gonna be happy. We will also have the likelihood of a bunch of scam charges eventually.
Terrible terrible customer service and fraudulent company all around.

Do NOT order from these people! I should have checked for reviews on them before ordering which I normally do. This time for whatever reason I just went ahead and ordered one of the weighted cows. First their site said shipping was $4.00 and change, they charged me $14.00 and change! I finally just got the product and it is NOTHING like they advertise! It's a total mess with an empty zipper pocket on the side!. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing how badly they rip people off! I don't even want to give this thing that I received to my dogs to play with!

They are a SCAM! They took $300 out of my account for a plushie that only cost $25. When the package arrived it was just fur!

DO NOT BUY. Had extra delivery costs added. Had unauthorised charges on my card - this was cancelled after I saw a 2nd charge and more kept coming after I cancelled my card. Items received in one parcel even though I was charged for 2 X delivery costs. Item is awful, Inferior quality, feels nasty when holding. It is not weighted as advertised and it is the ugliest cow I have ever seen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful so upset ordered 2 cows and there a complete waste of time

I never set up a subscription etc but have been trying to take monies out my account first time was 19 pounds and 99p that was the 9th of December 2025. 2nd attempt was yesterday 30pounds and 99 p thank goodness my bank declined these or I have no monie

Besides the bad product quality I got charged twice!!! 84,- for one stuffed animal.

Product poor quality, not as advertised. Invoiced for 2 products and a 3rd charge of the same amount as the first 2 invoices 3 weeks later. Bank is struggling to get answers, logging tickets does not help .... according to website 48-72hours response... logged first ticket 20 october... still waiting for that response.... have 12 tickets logged and will keep logging

When I ordered I got changed $80 instead of American dollars of $10 so I was thinking around $35 Australian $$$
I picked the 2 cows up from the post office and the weight was just like Air had no weight at all..

Same as everyone else! Complete scam and then they have the nerve to deduct money out of your account through a different “business”! So mad! The quality is horrible and not weighted at all!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered the weighted plushie in October and on 1 Nov received a small messed up highland cow with something inside of it that took batteries. When I installed the batteries it didn’t even work

I sent my first message to them on 1st Nov and have tried to contact them 5 times since then with no reply or support whatsoever

I ordered their advertise weighted, adorable Highland cow plushy. Instead, I got an ugly, small, poorly, put together, matted, hard stuffed with batteries like thing. It no way represents what they advertised. I contacted their customer support and their offer was a 40% refund. Which I haven't seen in my account yet.

Very disappointed but I guess I should not expect much for the original charge but then received a notice from my card that this company tried to charge another charge of 39.97 after it arrived. The original charge was 14.97 which was too high for the quality I received. My plushie was not weighted and was way smaller than advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I now have to get a new credit card because of this company. BUYER BEWARE

This was a complete rip off, the products was nothing like the videos , maybe a quarter of the size they represented and there were no bean bags inside as advertised and were definitely not weighted. This company is a scam for sure!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered the Highland cow, and what I received was nothing like the pictures—deformed, flat, not weighted, and overall very poor quality. They refused to take the product back but offered a 40% refund. It has now been three months, and despite messaging them every week, I still have not received the refund.
This company does not stand behind their products, nor do they follow through on their promises. I absolutely do not recommend them. Truly a total disappointment from start to finish.
