Since first speaking to Ainsley McCabe and then Carly Walker I was made to feel that I was the only case they were dealing with. Professional polite and friendly at all times. What turned out to be a nightmare between insurance companies was dealt with efficiently and I was kept up to date with everything as it progressed.
