Ix Tech always delivers with quality and precision. This is my second time sending miners in for repairs. Happy that they exist. Don’t hesitate to buy something special or send in a request for repair.

So I was referred to this company by a mutual friend of mine, I have a nerdotcaxe they kept popping a fuse, so I sent them my item, and within a day, I was already notified that it was in queue to be inspected and then within 48 hours I was notified of a voltage regulator issue and the person that I was talking to his name was Chris and he was super transparent and extremely responsive in emails and assured me on pros and cons uncertain things as I questioned if there were upgradable voltage regulators for them, and in the process of repairing, he even went a step further and cleaning everything and actually found a defect within the face of the heat sink that came with the item and he even gave me the option to replace them on my own or if I wanted to, he can do it all on the spot and just with him being so transparent and having good insight, I trusted in telling him to just go ahead and replace everything as soon as he emailed me that it was done and picked up it was only less than like three days before my package was already at my door. I super highly recommend them and I’m definitely gonna be working with them as a permanent solution for any defects on my stuff.
