I had address issues online with their website. Emailed them and fixed within a day and all I had to do is login and pay with CC. They delivered expediently.

Does exactly what it promotes
Does exactly what it promotes - flowers and gifts delivery in China. Attractive and comfortable webpage.
Additional plus - it is possible to reach to the support via WeChat and reconfirm delivery details very fast.
Once had an issue with local delivery in mainland - Iweiyi were proactive enough to solve everything.
Among the minuses - price. Flowers and delivery are expensive. But, they do delivery fast and guaranteed exactly as advertised.

Another happy experience
The cake was easy to order and although it was a little late arriving, which is the reason for only 4 stars, it was luckily just in time for the celebration. Over past years I have ordered flowers or wine. This was the first cake and I have been told that it was very nice. I find this company easy to deal with and have always been very satisfied with the service for sending gifts from New Zealand to China.
