The products that were delivered look and feel high quality. The website was easy too shop and order from. I don’t think there’s any suggestions that I could make for improving the experience since the only real thing I disliked about it was the time it took too be delivered but then again I’m also just an impatient person so that might just be my personal thought. Thinking about it logically a week is a reasonable wait time for the items too be delivered from the location the product was shipped from. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience really love the items I ordered and how they both look and feel.

Great product well crafted will be showing the jewelry to many people hope to sell some in the future

I placed an order on may 5th of 2023 and I have still yet to receive any information on that order it is now June 9th of 2023

The jewelry came in a super cool box as for the jewelry was super duper cool.

Only one necklace came with a chain and I only received half my order

Ordered 2 rings (snake and pterodactyl claw) in a size 8 and the snake was much larger and slides off my finger very easily. The crow pendant is incredibly small, maybe the size or a little bigger than a fingernail. The pterodactyl ring fits fine and looks good. I wish all items weren’t so thin and small, the pics did not prepare me for that.

Quality is good. Delivery time = a mont nearly. And brand ambassdeur promises seans to be more of a sales trick, The auto chat function they use, coud be better or atleast working. Bur as I saud first, the quality of the mercs is rally good. Design also.

The shipping took a bit longer then expected, but when recieved was exactly what I was expecting High quality rings and a high quality metal pendant, was a little surprised the pendant didn’t come with a chain but nothing major, I appreciate you guys a ton!
