I have effectively paid £85 to break a £250 watch.

The fact you cannot put the watch in water was not made clear to me prior or during purchase. On my watch's first outing after buying it became water damaged and became totally useless - it won't even turn on.

Contacted customer support to ask for a refund and they did not offer anything (not even a token partial refund).

If you pay for something to be repaired, in my mind you pay for it to return to full functionality and iwatchrepair do not do this. Instead they bury the fact they do not fix your watch properly in their FAQs and use this as an excuse to not offer money back.

The fact you cant use the watch in water is a HUGE omission and that it is in FAQs is not good enough - it needs to be UPFRONT and in ALL EMAIL COMMUNICATION. This is an unbeliebable service.

With the cost of living biting - I cant believe that a company would effectively take £85 to not fix something properly and then allow customers to break their expensive watches because they iwatchrepair cannot (or does not want to) communicate that they cant fix things properly.

Fixing my watch was my "treat" purchase for this month, and I now can't afford a new watch... serves me right for not using Apple officially to fix something.

Quick, easy and a brilliant service. Very happy with my watch screen, looks good as new.

I was going to Whitechapel, so took my watch to their premises. For an extra £10 they provided a priority service and I got my perfectly repaired Apple Watch back in four and a half hours. If you look at Google Maps street view to see the premises, don’t be put off, the imagery is out of date. New shop, nice people, great service.

Excellent service. I sent the watch off for a heart rate sensor replacement and battery replacement. They contacted me to tell me that the heart rate sensor was in perfect working condition instead of charging me for it (and I would have been nonethewiser). Excellent integrity - i'm vary happy with the battery replacement so far also! THanks and I will certainly use your services again.

Posted broken watch late on the Tuesday afternoon and got the repaired watch back on Friday midday. Was kept up to date on progress.

Would highly recommend. I will definitely use them again ( but hope I don’t have to )

These people are AMAZING! I dropped my watch on a tiled floor and smashed a corner of the glass on the front. I had also caused fractures right the way across it. I spent ages searching for a repair company I could send my watch to because I'm housebound. Apple were scarily expensive, and this company were brilliant and reasonably priced! After a couple of what's app messages and checking trust pilot, I paid for the service with speedy return via Royal Mai, wrapped and packed my phone and had my hubbie post it 1st class recorded. They received it, put new glass in it and sent it back all in the same day! I am extremely happy with the speed with which they were able to get my iwatch back to me, all fixed! not only that, it was beautifully polished and looked brand new! Just wonderful and I'm very happy! Thank you so very much iwatch repair!

My wife dropped her Apple Watch (she’s a nurse & uses it as a fob watch)
Smashed the screen so I looked for somewhere local to no avail, Apple wanted a ridiculous £370 to fix it I could have bought a new watch for that price.
Found these guys online, checked the reviews, pretty decent so decided to give them a go.
Very happy, had the watch returned in a matter of days, the watch looks like new & they were a little cheaper than the other similar companies I considered. Would definitely use again.

Sent my broken Iwatch (shattered glass) on Monday it was returned to me fully fixed on Thursday. Great service and comms 10/10

two months ago I sent them to fix the glass on my iWatch because it had come off (not broken) they only had to fix it back when I asked them and replace the battery two months later my battery dies 2-3 hours after I took it the clock from the charger screen is black! I am not at all convinced that my battery has been replaced? i paid £85 for nothing! I wrote to them several times, but they give me incomplete answers! I'm giving one star because it can't be given any more, very disappointing, we doubt that this is a complete scam!!! Be careful!!!!

Excellent service and quality of replacement of watch glass screen. Dispatched on 17/01 and returned on 20/01/24 (Royal Mail). Recommend this service to anyone.
