I would have given 5 stars but it takes so long for the (extremely helpful) engineer to actually come to rectify the fault. I could not shut/lock my front door, which was a huge security worry and each time I had to wait two weeks
Also - I really object to having to pay before the fault has been rectified.
However, I couldn’t praise the engineer more. Extremely efficient and very helpful.

The responses were quick and from a human, which as someone else said is a relief. The process was straight forward but the form itself could be printed in a larger and more scan-able format, with clearer instructions. The decision was made immediately, inspection visit set up and adjusted to suit me. The engineers were polite, friendly and clearly knowledgeable - they did the work to a good standard ( missing supports discovered in a neighbouring flat following a loft conversion some years after completion and company had closed down). This avoided me having to find a suitable company and get quotes or get involved in the payment side.

I received all the paperwork confirming that I had cover. Unknown to me apparently because the installer (who then went into liquidation) didn't tell IWA the date of the install IWA are trying to get out of paying making me believe that the certificate from IWA isn't worth the paper it is written on. Don't use this company!!!

They go out of their way to help you, their process is simple and straightforward, you are not dealing with AI Bots, they are real people, who respond, rare these days!

From contacting Louise to completion of job excellant communication. Engineer that did repair was very efficient did a very through job to a high standard.

We have had a couple of issues to do with leaks with our Loft Conversion now and, in all honesty, my Family would have been lost without this Warranty Protection. Like you only find out how good your Car Insurance company is when you make a claim, we were expecting lots of runaround & hassle in getting the claims honoured or, something in the small print that "excluded" us from claiming like car warranties. Not only has that NOT happened but, as a whole company IWA &, in particular Louise & Chris, have actually been nothing but a pleasure to work with &, I would recommend IWA to you unreservedly.

Louise was very helpful when we had to make a claim on our patio doors. Assessor visit arranged and then replacement carried out with no issues. Dates and times of visits were given to us well in advance, allowing plenty of time to reschedule if required. Very pleased with the service we received.

Following finding a leak on my garage roof I was sceptical that on finding the roofing contractor who completed roofing work on our garage had gone out of business that I would have any recourse to get it fixed under warranty. I was very impressed with my dealings with iwa from initial contact through to the work being completed on site all in a timely manner.

Gentleman who came to re-seal the ridge on our Conservatory roof did an excellent job and obvious he was very experienced in his trade.

We had a leak in our roof, the source of which was hard to identify. The IWA engineer came 3 times. Finally, managing to trace the source and to fix the leak. He was very thorough.

The application process was thorough but handled professionally
I phoned a few times and always got through strait away to a staff member- very friendly and efficient.
The warranty costs are very fair and the portal easy to use

Our window installer went bust so our guarantee is covered by IWA. Louise Steven’s at IWA was very efficient in sending us the form to fill out to claim for a blown window. She was very responsive to emails and the replacement window was sorted in record time by a very friendly and efficient technician. Can highly recommend.

I was extremely happy with iws they dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently. Engineer was helpful and answered all my questions so reassuring me. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the problem.

Engineer on time ,expert repair to Conservatory and very satisfied

IWA are a very good company to deal with. Louise at the office dealt with my enquiry promptly and efficiently. The engineer who called to check out the problem was very thorough and explained in detail what he found and done. The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is because no specific cause could be found for the leak in my conservatory roof. Some remedial work was carried out , but only time and wet weather will show whether it has been successful.

They arrived on time kept me updated all the time and he was very polite
