It took over a month to get my refill
It took over a month to get my refill. Closer to two months. I was charged, credited, and had to fight to get an additional credit applied that wasn’t initially done. I had my problem “escalated “ multiple times but apparently that means waiting another week for an answer. The is the second time I have dealt with this. I think I would rather pay a little extra with a different provider who actually does what they promise.
