ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CLOTHES CHEAP FROM CHINA CANT GET ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER OUT OF THEM IVE ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND From my BANK AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY NEEDED THESE CLOTHES FOR MY DAUGHTERS GRADUATION WAS TOLD THEY HAD TO CLEAR CUSTOMS??
TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME IN 24 HRS THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY HAD BETTER COMUNICATION FROM TEMU!!

I’m still fighting this company for a refund… Asking me to pay to return the items to China! They arrived late and very poor quality… do not use them! I would give less than 1 star if I could!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. An appalling company and should be avoided at all costs. I ordered 2 tops, they took a month to arrive and when they did they were badly made, using cheap materials and were a poor fit. When I tried to get the details to return the items as per their policy they have completely ignored all requests, making it impossible to return them or get my money back. I have now reported them to my credit card company and trading standards. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking customer service! My order took 4 weeks to arrive and then once arrived the quality was awful and not as described.
Have tried to contact for a refund 5 times and have been ignored.
DO NOT order from this company!!

I would give 0 if there was an option. This is NOT based in London. Brought a dress from them and when arrived looks nothing like the photo. It was 100% polyester and not a soft fabric as described. I wrote to ask about sending back and was advised I could return to their international warehouse at a cost to me OR I could take 10% discount and a £10 instore voucher!!! I explained not acceptable and wanted full refund as it was false advertising. After many repeated emails they advised their senior team would look at it and since then have gone silent on me and not replying to any emails. DO NOT use they are not UK based and do not understand customer services!

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. There has been no progress on the tracking since June 22nd.
I had an email reply from support on 30th June with a tracking link but no progress. I am not expecting to receive my order (2 dresses, totalling £58) and am searching for an address or phone number to contact this company. Please shar if you have one! Extremely poor.

Product never arrived. Customer support emails were never answered. No phone number available. Not UK based and misleading picture of their shop in London which doesn’t exist. Ended up getting a refund through credit card company and no contact at all from Ivy and Noelle

Absolutely rubbish clothes, I think they are scammers, cheap clothes from China, so badly made, I could have made better, how dare you sell clothes that probely cost you £5 to buy, you need to be taken to court for theft

Do NOT order anything from these guys. Ordered an item 5 weeks ago. Nothing. No one wants to help. Automated emails is all u will get. Disgusting service

Firstly, this company looks like it's UK based. It's not - they send you cheap tat from China.

The product quality is awful - cheap and nasty, arrived screwed up in a bag.

When you raise a return request, you are advised that the cost of return exceeds the value of the goods. Something that is not made clear when placing the order.

After several emails I was eventually offered a 25 % refund. This was never received.

This company should be shut down

Dreadful. Should have checked the reviews before buying. 10 days after placing the order, still no sign of it. Contacted customer service, who promise to respond within 24 hours. They did not. When they finally did respond, all they could tell me was my order was on its way. Still no accurate delivery window. I'm not hopeful, and like others, thought i was buying from a UK-based company.

My item took ages to arrive .
I had to purchase something different for an occasion.
When I request return , I was told it would cost over £20 to ship.
I was advised to accept £10 credit online and keep dress ...
Not impressed with the service unfortunately.

Awful experience to date, finally got my order after 22 days. Poor quality , cheap material and not sized correctly.
Now battling for a refund which they want to charge me to send back internationally , which I wasn’t aware when I placed the order.
Would not order again from this store.

Items took weeks to arrive & are of very poor quality. I've been advised on requesting a return that a credit note will be offered, as shipping costs to an international warehouse will cost as much as the purchase cost.
AVOID this seller.

Took 5 weeks for delivery, very small parcel arrived and clothes very tightly packed. Fabric and stitching poor, clothes shapeless. Returns process is shocking and now have to wait over two weeks for a refund, deeply disappointing please don't order from them.

My order took forever to arrive when I recieved my order it was in a poor state , crumpled is not strong enough to discribe what arrived . i tried my item of clothing on there was something very sharpe underneath the arm which left me with a scratch . and there was an hole in the back of the jump suit .
