MS Office Courses

We purchased the Microsoft Office courses for our small company (15 employees) and it has improved our office interactions tremendously. Specifically, the courses for Teams and OneDrive were easy to follow and actually fun to complete. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

The Quickbooks Course was a lifesaver

The Quickbooks Course was a lifesaver! I had used QB years ago and needed a refresher fast as our company was undergoing org changes. The course was well-organized and covered every aspect of QB online that I needed (especially reconciling and adjusting). The instructor was easy to understand. Definitely worth the $$ and I'd recommend to anyone who needs high level or in-depth accounting skills.

Experts but bad tutors

The tutors are very knowledgeable but are bad at tutoring. They just talk without actually showing you with detailed description what is happening on their screens, and when they do; they just assume that you understand what is going on especially the CCNA 200-301 tutor; he rambles without actually telling you what is happening. His diagrams and labs are not labelled. The lady that teaches the N10-008 course is excellent though at times, she forgets her screen is not being displayed to students. I will recommend that you use YouTube for your learning combined with course books and buy your test vouchers direct for the certification firm.

However, we understand that being knowledgeable and being effective at teaching are two different skills, and we apologize that your experience with the CCNA 200-301 course did not meet your expectations. Effective communication and clear, detailed explanations are key in online learning, and we're sorry to hear that this was not consistently delivered. We will take your feedback to review and improve our instructional methods, ensuring that our tutors not only share their knowledge but also make it accessible and understandable for all students.

Regarding the concerns about the diagrams and labs not being labeled, this is an important point, and we will address it immediately to enhance the clarity of our course materials.

We're pleased to hear positive feedback about the instructor of the N10-008 course. However, the issue with the screen not being displayed is a technical oversight that we need to rectify. We will work closely with our instructors to ensure that such technical glitches are minimized to provide a seamless learning experience.

While we understand that there are various resources available for learning, including YouTube and course books, we strive to offer a comprehensive and structured learning path that aligns with certification requirements. Doesn't work

Their courses site is very poorly designed , and not responsive. Furthermore, videos dont play. Just a pic that says "playing" on it.

Asked for my money back, and still awaiting a response.

Around this time period from when this review was posted, we were still working remotely due to the pandemic, so it is likely that your concern took a little longer to get back to than normal and for that, we sincerely apologize.
