The brands we've reached out to and now stock are truly brilliant. Being day care managers, dog trainers and groomers we have a hands on knowledge of what works and what works well and this is reflected in the quality of the products we promote. We are new and still learning retail but aim to run the most unique and tailored place for dogs and their owners looking for the best possible nutrition, supplements, training equipment, toys and treats all in one place. And we have no intentions of stocking products that we feel veer from this. We hope you like our shop and we'll see you soon!

Lacked vital info.
Ordered some frozen rabbits for my dog, the sale went through but unfortunately received an email a couple of days later stating that I had been refunded due to not delivering frozen products.
It didn’t cause me any problems but would have been nice to know this before placing the order.
Not everyone looks at the small print. It’s the first time I’ve ever ordered something that isn’t available for delivery that hasn’t been rectified before payment was received.
Maybe you’re system should be updated.

Hello,
If you look at the very top of the website on every page you'll see we don't ship raw food.
Also when you choose delivery option, shipping is clearly labeled 'shipping - we don't ship frozen food'.
We quickly rectified this with an email and a refund. Please consider altering your review as we've done all we can to avoid this happening and acted on it as quickly as we could.
Edit.
The information stating that we don't ship wouldn't be considered small print as it's clearly shown at the top of each page and you have to physically click on the option 'shipping (we do not ship frozen food)' before making a payment.
To save the next small business a poor and potentially damaging review I suggest you DO read all the 'small' print. It's there for a reason.

Being an owner of a fussy dog Ryan’s advice and support has been so useful. I now have a really happy dog full of energy. I did not realise his previous diet was affecting him so much. Within 2 days the smells coming from him were gone.

Website easy to use, I love the fact it tells you how many left in stock and what’s out of order when purchasing. I’ve always done click n collect and you do get an email within 24hrs when it’s ready to collect. The staff are very helpful and friendly 👍☺️

I found The Dog Box when I got my puppy…
I found The Dog Box when I first got my puppy Spice, The Dog Box has benefitted me through the scope of their services and by being linked to Stablecroft.
I enrolled and took Spice for training with Santa, before Spice turned 6 months I signed her up for the mini puppy grooming package, which has helped Spice get use to being handled by others along with keeping her coat and nails looking great. I found Spice has a touchy digestive track and the range of JR treats and chews which The Dog Box stock and can be either delivered or collected are not only great value but due to being all meat they are better for her.
Since Spice has reached 6 months I have booked her in for grooming at Stablecroft and as I periodically need a day or a night sitter for Spice, Stablecroft has been a place where she is comfortable with the staff and her surrounding.
Between Stablecroft and The Dog Box all Spices needs are meet.

My order was processed and despatched…
My order was processed and despatched by the dog box almost instantly after ordering and on a weekend day, so very efficient for a small business. When I emailed a question about delivery times I received a very helpful and friendly response. Definitely recommend and will be ordering from this company again.

Top Dog for raw food
I found The Dog Box through a chance search on the internet when trying to source some raw dog food. What a find, this shop is fabulous. They stock loads of raw brands, proflax supplements, healthy dried treats, quality dog toys and Ruffwear dog accessories. The staff are incredibly knowlegeable about all their products and they are all very professional and friendly.
