Delicious!
Lovely to deal with - got the decaf assam, decaf earl grey and decaf orange teas. They were all full of flavour and no compromise from being decaffeinated. I was actually surprised just how tasty they were. I also tried the decaf hazelnut coffee and it's scrumptious! Return customer here for sure.

It’s Tea has decent products and helpful staff, but the overall experience wasn’t flawless. While the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the order arrived in 48 hours, there was a technical issue with the confirmation email, which was frustrating. The variety is good, but I expected a smoother online experience. An average experience overall.

It's Tea hits the spot every time. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The teas are beautifully presented, so great for a gift.
More importantly the teas taste amazing.

The customer experience was amazing- the assistant spent a significant amount of time with me answering my questions and helping me to find exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend- the shop is amazing x

Excellent products & excellent service
Excellent products, excellent service. 1 tea out of stock and staff member phoned us within minutes of us placing the order online. The order was with us within 48 hours.

Just so good
The website is so easy to use now that I have a good idea what I want after visiting the shop for real.
The Staff at It's Tea are so nice, so helpful and really know their subject and will help you find just what you need.
My days of using Tea bags are gone forever and a huge well done to Alex and the girls at It's Tea.
