Queen Neve to the rescue

I have been working with Neve since the middle of December, and despite starting with a plan just before christmas and new year I have lost 6kg in less than three months! It has been such a game changer having Neve with me every step of the way and providing a really personalised approach that works around my busy job, socialising, and even my cycle. I am currently planning my wedding in October and have some goals that I would really like to reach to feel as beautiful and confident as possible on the day and I can finally see that happening now after so long struggling to make it on my own. I feel so much calmer on a day to day basis just ticking the boxes and going with the plan, and not needing to worry about anything outside of that. I already know my body so much better which makes those fluctuations on the scale make sense and not feel so demoralising. I'm so excited to see what I can achieve in the next six months!

Life changing

My DOABL journey has been fantastic. I started following Beth and DOABL last summer, making her recipes and following her dietary advice and I started losing weight. Two decades of hibernation through winter and lots of weight gain told me I couldn’t do this alone so I joined DOABL and Cerys became my coach. She’s been amazing. She taught me to eat more and look at my macros- I avoided a whole food group (protein!) and she got me moving for the first time in 20 years. I’m now exercising from home 4-5 times a week, a mixture of cardio and strength exercises. I’m eating 3 or 4 times a day (I regularly skipped either breakfast or lunch & then grazed all night). And I’m eating a good amount of protein every day (it used to take me a week to eat the amount you need in a day). I have gone from walking 5-6 thousand steps a day to 12 thousand plus.
I’m 20kg lighter, 3 dress sizes smaller and now have a healthy relationship with food and a positive mindset thanks to Cerys. My goal was always to be healthier and stronger as I go into my post menopausal life and I’ve now got the right mindset and skills to achieve this thanks to Cerys and DOABL.

Joinh Doabl had been one of the best…

Joinh Doabl had been one of the best decisions I have made and I’ve not looked back since doing so!
Working with Annabelle has been a dream and I cannot thank her enough for the support and drive to get me where I am today.
I have worked with other PTs before but they come no where NEAR what Doabl can do for you. Knowing I have Annabelle there when I need her for advice, support and help in getting into good habits has been amazing. From the mid week check in messages to see how I’m doing to the full check in, I couldn’t ask for more. Feels like having my own personal cheerleader 🙌🏼 I cannot wait to see what else I can achieve going forward.

I have loved being part of the doabl…

I have loved being part of the doabl team these last couple of months.
Rosie has given me realistic goals & communicates with almost everyday.
I have lost 4kg within 2 months, and I haven’t been this light in years. I would have given up when I didn’t give the scales a chance.
My energy & mindset has shifted, which has allowed to me to train for my first hyrox.

Changing your life for the better is Doabl

Working with Cerys at Doabl has been a game changer for me. As an avid gym goer, motivation to workout has never been the issue for me. However as someone in their forties, I noticed the weight gain creeping on and couldn't seem to shift it no matter how hard I worked out. Learning how to manage my nutrition has been so insightful. From assessing the macros and health benefits of certain foods to understanding which food choices are best even when eating out. The weight has really started to shift and I couldn't be happier. I love that my coach was always just a message away and always happy to help with any queries I had. I also love that the coaching process has been structured in such a way that I've learnt sooooo much and now feel empowered and confident to go it alone once the process ends. If you're in two minds about using Doabl, just go for it!!!!

Make the investment in yourself!

I’ve been working with Zoe for the past four months, and I’m so grateful that I decided to start this journey.
Zoe has been an incredible support throughout the entire process. She is very attentive and truly listens, and I have never felt judged at any point. Because of that, I’ve been able to be completely transparent with her about everything — every calorie I’ve eaten, every session I've missed and all the situations in my everyday life that affect my routine.

Together we’ve structured my daily life in a way that actually feels sustainable, and she has helped me both with training and lifestyle habits. Over these months I’ve become stronger, built more muscle, and most importantly grown so much in confidence.

One of the biggest changes for me is that I’ve finally found a balance that I didn’t have before. I used to have a very “all or nothing” mindset, but now I understand how small, consistent changes, and trusting the process even though it feels like nothing is happening can make the biggest difference. That shift has been life-changing.

A moment that really made me realize how far I’ve come was being able to walk into stores and try on clothes in a size I haven’t worn in a very long time.
I truly feel like I’ve achieved goals I set for myself, and I couldn’t have done it without Zoe’s support and guidance. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering it to invest in themselves and sign up with Doabl Coaching. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made!

I joined this incredible community in November and have lost over 11kg in 4 months. I have been supported every step of the way from the team and my wonderful coach Lucy. I had been thinking about joining for a while and I am so glad I did. I can't believe all I have learned and the changes to my mindset that just happen naturally now is insane. Lucy has taught me how to enjoy social events and meals out while still making progress week in and week out. The support also helps keep me accountable progressing in the gym and I feel so much healthier. I am at the initial stages of running now too..I have never ever ran in my life before! You really do things and achieve things you never thought possible. Thank you to Lucy and all the team..I can't wait to continue my journey and keep this progress going. One of the best decisions I've made.

Working with Rosie and Doable has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Rosie is knowledgeable, motivating, and always supportive. The plan is 100% tailored to me and my lifestyle. Rosie has adapted plans to accommodate events and provides valuable advice on how to manage different situations. I’ve seen real, sustainable progress since I started working with Rosie and I never feel judged, only encouraged. This has been, and continues to be an amazing, life changing experience.

PCOS and Fertility

I joined Doable in January 2025 as my husband and I were having fertility difficulties due to PCOS and were planning to start IVF, so I wanted to be in the healthiest place possible. My coach Neve was absolutely incredible; from the outset I felt so listened to in terms of my journey with food and exercise, and she helped me set realistic, achievable goals, and really tailored my programme to supporting my PCOS and fertility goals. Within 7 months I had lost nearly 10kg and in July 2025 we found out we were pregnant naturally after trying for nearly 2 years!!
I've carried on working with Neve throughout my pregnancy and she's helped me have the healthy and happy pregnancy I have always dreamed of. My baby boy is due in 10 days and I will definitely be returning to Doable in the future!
I cannot thank Neve and the Doable team enough, and would whole heartedly recommend this programme to anyone!

Not only have a lost weight with Doabl

Not only have a lost weight with Doabl, I've changed my lifestyle without it feeling like I'm sacrificing anything or need to invest a lot of time in the gym.

Neve has been incredibly supportive and has helped me make small changes that have made a big difference to my health and my life.

Do it with doabl

My coach at doabl is my biggest cheerleader and fan - every corner and obstacle Zoe is there encouraging cheering me on and I am for ever grateful for your efforts.
My habits have changed my way of going has changed and my confidence has jumped 10 fold.
As a mum of 2 boys under 3 it’s been a challenge but I have learnt new ways of cooking, eating and working out all of which I can use going forward.
I have no regrets at all - and look forward to the rest of my journey.

Transform your fitness journey and mindset

I started my personal training with Lucy over a year ago, aiming to run a marathon and lose weight. Despite a hectic schedule packed with university, work, Ramadan, a three-week pilgrimage and sickness, Lucy tailored my training around my life and helped me build basic habits that I will continue to carry. She consistently reviewed my progress, making realistic adjustments to my training plan to ensure I didn’t lose momentum, even with all the challenges.

Now, I’ve proudly completed two half marathons and one full marathon, shed almost 10kg, and celebrated countless smaller victories along the way. Lucy’s support was instrumental in achieving these milestones.

But the ultimate win has been the confidence I've gained from within. This journey has taught me resilience and self-belief, proving that with the right guidance and support, I can overcome any obstacle. The mental and physical strength I've developed is something I'll carry forward, and I'm deeply grateful to Lucy for her expertise and unwavering encouragement.

11 Weeks In — PBs and a Whole New Mindset

I’m currently 11 weeks into coaching with DOABL and I can honestly say the progress I’ve made in such a short space of time has been incredible. I feel stronger, more structured, and far more confident in my training than I did when I first started.

Since starting, I’ve hit both a 5km PB and a 10km PB — something I’d been chasing for a long time without really knowing how to train properly for it. The structure of the training has made such a difference. Every session feels purposeful, and I finally understand why I’m doing what I’m doing rather than just going through the motions.

What I really love is how tailored the training is. In my case, I have specific elements I need to reach for a fitness test, and my plan has been built around improving those exact components. It’s not generic or one-size-fits-all — it’s designed to support my goals and make sure I’m progressing in the areas that actually matter.

Another huge change for me has been around food. Before starting, I was stuck in a constant cycle of under-eating, then over-eating, focusing really hard for a few weeks and then completely falling off the wagon. Working with DOABL has helped me break that pattern. I’ve learned how to fuel my body properly and consistently, without extremes, which has made my training feel stronger and my relationship with food far healthier.

This was especially noticeable over Christmas. Instead of feeling guilty or spiralling, we planned the week properly so I could have Christmas off plan and enjoy it exactly as I wanted to — without tracking or stressing. Because the rest of the structure was in place, I didn’t overindulge across the whole Christmas period like I normally would. I enjoyed the big days, then got straight back into routine without drama. That balance has been a massive mindset shift for me.

But the real standout has been having Lucy as my coach. Having someone in your corner who genuinely cares, checks in, keeps you accountable, and pushes you when you need it is invaluable. On the days motivation dips, she’s there. On the days you win, she celebrates with you. That level of support makes all the difference.

And the biggest plot twist? I actually miss the gym on rest days now. Old me would’ve been hiding under a blanket coming up with Oscar-worthy excuses not to go. I never thought I’d see the day where I miss going to the gym— but here we are.

I’m so excited to see what the next phase brings. More PBs and a fitness test to smash!!

If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign — it’s absolutely worth it!!

Do it!

I had considered joining Doabl for a little while before taking the plunge, I found that I just kept being pulled back by the sustainable and life changing approach they take! From enquiring, onboarding and meeting my coach Lucy, everything has been so well organised, professional and informative! Lucy is such a kind and supportive coach, she makes you feel so comfortable to be honest with your feelings which is so helpful for your progress. Doabl really does focus on life changing results, it’s not just a diet! I’m able to work shifts, go away on holiday, have weekends and nights out, and still make good progress. I 100% think Doabl is worth the price, from having had a coach before I really can see and understand the difference with Doabl, you get the premium service! Doabl is an investment into yourself and I am so happy that I invested. I cannot wait to see my progress over the next few months.

Great progress so far

I’ve been with Doabl for just a couple of months, but already I can feel the support and education impacting my lifestyle - choices and habits - in a positive way.

I have followed Beth on social media for a while but never felt confident enough, nor in a position financially, to make the commitment to the programme. But, after another year of limited weight-loss progress alone I decided to make the investment into myself.

The onboarding consultation was kind and considerate and my 1:1 coach, Cerys, has been wonderfully supportive. Support itself is tailored personally, right down to how you respond best to advice and contact which I feel works well for the individual. Home training programmes are easy to follow with video and detailed written explanations. Tracking calories is the most laborious part of the process I have found, but equally, quite eye opening to what that ‘little bit of something’ equates to on a daily/weekly basis. I have found that habits around food and exercise have begun to change - I am finding things more enjoyable and the programme is definitely manageable around work and family life. The app os handy to ‘keep everything together’ it incorporates data from other app services on your smartphone and present data all together.

As others have mentioned, the price is high. There’s no wiggling around it - but I feel, as a starting point for me personally, it’s been worth the investment for I’m hoping a few cycles with Cerys’ support before I feel confident to continue alone.

If it’s for you, it is. If it isn’t, it isn’t. Difficult to explain, but you’ll know from your own progress, mentally and physically if the programme in it’s entirety aligns with with your goals and expectations.

I can’t recommend DOABL Coaching enough

I signed up for DOABL after following Bethany on IG for some time. I wanted to make real and long lasting changes that actually fit around day to day life. Although losing weight is part of it for me when I met with my coach Neve she understood that wasn’t the only goal here and it was important to me that it wasn’t the only focus. We’ve worked on mindset around food and eating and making things fit into what I’m doing in life too. I’m learning that things don’t need to be “perfect” every day but there are ways to plan ahead and still eat chocolate!

Neve’s also been fab at planning gym sessions around the sport I play, it’s not just gym sessions for the sake of gym sessions they are all aligned to what I want to be improving.

The weight is coming off and the non scale victories continue to come along. Those jeans in the back of my drawer that maybe one day I’ll fit in to, I can now wear.

The support from Neve and advice on ways I can keep improving, be that slowing upping my daily steps or water intake, top tips on meals, and how to plan around big events when the calories may be higher, has been incredible. I feel so supported in making the changes I want to make. All the small changes soon add up.

If you’re looking for coaching that goes beyond workouts and actually helps you change your mindset and behaviours long term, I can’t recommend DOABL Coaching enough. So glad I signed up.

Just "Doabl" it!

When I joined Doabl, I had lost 10kgs on my own but a few things (life!) happened and I found myself regaining some of the weight. I was so fed up with yoyo-ing and refused to let myself gain it back (and I still had more to lose) so I decided to sign up to Doabl.

What made me choose Doabl is that it is one on one, completely tailored to you and you can message your coach throughout the week. They use this really cool app so you can even send your coach videos so you can check your form in the gym or you can send a voice note (which I do if I need to have a bit of a sook!). It's not a 8 week challenge etc. either, you can sign up for 4 months or a year (or longer!) depending on what you want or need!

I also came from a background of regularly playing sport but I am injured. I didn't want to join a group challenge because I needed exercises altered and I needed someone in my corner that understood my needs.

Enter, my INCREDIBLE coach, Annabelle. Wow. I can't believe after one phone call, the team at Doabl knew my needs well enough to pair me with the BEST coach for me!

Annabelle is everything I needed and she has been injured before too so understands how hard it is mentally & physically. I would have definitely given up a few times if I didn't have Annabelle there.

I have lost 11kgs in the 3 months I've been with Doabl, I've lowered my cholesterol significantly eating whole foods (no medication), I can start to see some of the muscles in my legs which is so cool and I've started to believe I can actually achieve my "big hairy goal" of competing in my chosen sport again in 6 months.

Annabelle (& the Doabl team!) have helped me completely change my life already and I can't wait to keep working with her to achieve my dream!

The Best Decision I Ever Made

I started with Doabl mid December last year and so far I'm finding the experience to be so rewarding.

I'd been following Bethany for a while and would recommend her account to anyone who'd listen. I loved how real she was (and still is) whilst still being fun and relatable.
I was nervous to sign up but I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and I'm so glad that I did.
I first got to meet the lovely Izzy whilst doing my onboarding call and she made me feel totally at ease.

Then I was assigned to a coach and that's when I met Cerys. We've been a fantastic team ever since!
The support I've received from the start has been amazing whether it's adjusting workouts so I enjoy them more or looking at my food log and advising where I could make modifications to hit my goals more easily.
Nothing is too much trouble and you really do feel like someone values your journey as much as you do.
Having a coach like Cerys means that you always have a cheerleader! She is always in your corner to celebrate your wins with you and I think that's something you really need when you've got a long road ahead to reach your goals.

I know this might sound proper cheese but this decision really has made a huge impact on my mindset and I can already tell that this set of habits and skills I'm developing now will become my lifestyle in the future.

I'm only two months in but I'm so excited for everything that comes next! 🤩

Worth it

I have been working with my coach Zoe since May 2025 and it has got to be one of the best investments I have made, it has changed my life for the better.

I have lost around 18kg but this is the least impressive thing that I recognise from my journey. I have gained a healthy relationship with food, I learned how to show up to exercise even when the motivation might be low (and that sometimes showing up is the hardest battle), recognising how to listen to my body and give myself grace if I need to recover from an illness or go slower to prevent an illness. I found joy in sports I thought I wouldn't be able to do again because of my weight and lack of confidence, I also discovered that I enjoy running (huge surprise to me) and even signed up to multiple running events. While I could keep going I will just end on the achievement of believing in myself and gaining so much confidence that I look back and don't recognise the person I used to be while feeling immense pride with the person I have become.

Moving on to my coach Zoe; she is super supportive, she has always called out my smaller wins just as much as recognising the big wins, she believed I could achieve goals I didn't even think were possible at the start, she has pushed me and challenged me in the best ways but also gave me grace when I needed to dial things back and recover and finally she also always gives the best advice and it seems to arrive at the perfect time (before I have even asked). A true role model to women.

Incredible

Working with Lucy has honestly changed my life. Things I’ve tried in the past were always crash diets and never got to the root of changing my mindset and developing healthier habits. Lucy has really taken the time with me over the last 7 months to delve deep into why I do certain things and helped me learn how to navigate both stressful work weeks and fun social plans whilst still reaching my goals. I cannot rate DoAbl higher for the accessibility of the coaches and the knowledge they have around struggles women face with losing weight and then maintaining. Thanks DoAbl team!
