Over the last year I have made several purchases from I-Tokri and I have to say that each time I was very impressed with the ease of placing the order, the prompt communications confirming payment and delivery information. Their customer service is excellent. I recently needed extra help to have a tailor made item and the team was superb in their support and communications. The items I pruchased were of good quality and well made. Delivery was hassle free and I also very much appreciate the lovely handwritten notes & complimentary gifts.

Lovely items to choose from, and delivered in under a week. I was very pleased with the things I ordered, stylish and well made. Packaging superb and a lovely note included.

I have had an absolutely amazing experience with Itokri and I am very happy with my purchase. The fabrics and kurtas I bought are a very high quality, beautiful colors and designs. I also received a handwritten note and a lovely gift.
The customer service is very friendly and helpful.
I am going to order soon some more items.

Hola, todos los productos que compré son maravillosos pero me llevé una sorpresa en el segundo envío que me cobraron casi 40€ en aduanas que sumado a los portes pues se convirtieron en productos bastante más caros. Una pena porque todo es precioso

I ordered three sarees, and they are absolutely gorgeous. The order came with a lovely gift and a handwritten note which was very much appreciated.
The embroidery is truly hand made and very beautiful.
Shipping from India to Dubai was seamless. I will definitely order more from iTokri!

Every single item that I ordered from iTokri - dresses, clutch bag, handbag, decor and jewellery - was an absolute joy to receive. The fact that the company supports independent fair trade and works directly with craftspeople was a major draw. The care that they put into creating their clothing, jewellery and gift range is vert clear, as is the high quality of craftwork, the exquisite designs, and the environmentally friendly packaging. My order arrived neatly and minimally packaged, which I appreciated, given that so many companies use excess plastic and bubble wrap unnecessarily. Yes, there are international tariffs to pay if you are in the UK (or elsewhere) and they are worth it. The customer care team were responsive each time I had a query, they kept me up to date with my order delivery, and checked in after I received my goods. I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommend highly. It's vital for art, the creative industries, for the sake of living and consuming ethically, that we support businesses like this where we can. I'm happy to do so. All in all, a wonderful shopping experience.

I ordered 5 different fabric and everyone is beautiful and great quality cottons. I washed them on arrival and there was no shrinkage . They were exactly as described. ITokri personalize the experience with a personal letter on opening my parcel. Shipping was quite fast form Indian to Australia. Will buy again.

Very poor communication! Placed an order , asked for info , poor response , say dispatched but no tracking info ! Send message too take long hours to respond !

This company is just wonderful. I did my first order from them just two weeks ago, and received it today. They apologised for the delay due to Diwali, but honestly I thought it would take 3 weeks minimum - that's the usual timeframe from India for me. I absolutely will buy more textiles from them - the same style of block prints cost 3x the amount from retailers here and the range is just a fraction of what iTokri sells. Well packaged, a cute note, and such a massive range of products. I'm so so glad they turned out to be amazing, I think this is the beginning of a long relationship.

First off, customer service is absolutely incredible. Real people, responding completely to inquiries, in a timely manor. Don't hesitate to ask questions about your order before you make your purchase. You will get complete answers!
The complimentary adjustments service for ready made garments seemed too good to be true, but boy, was I wrong. I asked for what I wanted, and they delivered it perfectly. I would go so far as to say that I believe the garment was made from scratch for me, meeting my requests.
Each item I bought was absolutely gorgeous. The garments are made with generous french seams, so you can make your own adjustments at home as your body changes. The fabric is exactly as described on the excellent website. All the cotton is beautifully soft. The wool is real wool.
The packaging is careful, beautiful, recycled and recyclable. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. I now want to return to itokri and buy everything. It's amazing what a genuinely good shopping experience can do. Really refreshing compared to the usual big UK companies I interact with.
