BEWARE OF ITAMCAP, they are fraudulent, every process was turned to be a scam, they collected money from us despite knowing it was not possible because my fiancee's roots and ties to italy would be a bit hard to be proved ( a bit complicated). Mr Nusiner. He assured that the citizenship is assured and it would be an easy process but after paying the agreed fee $28,000, I proposed that i make 70% downpayment, and complete the rest on successful delivery, which he agreed to. I made the payment of $19,600 and gave all the documents requested.. After two months, he reached out that i needed to balance the remaining so he can expedite. He pressed and hounded me till i paid the rest. Then after about 6 weeks, he reached out and they said, we had no chances, unless my fiancee has another relative, due to the ties and a lot of, gibberish about a new law passed. at that point i realized all i saw on Facebook and their advert of success rates was a lie. SO i did more findings and realized i had ignored the red flags and other people's complaints on same fraudulent issue. So we reported to S. AV. Capitalim, Ltd. as suggested by an investigator. and following their recommendations, opening a case, and their mediation, they successfully got the initial 19600 out. now we wait to get the remaining 8,400 back as it was sent through a different process. I hope others get their money out as well.

BEWARE: ITAMCAP and it’s owner Georgio Nusiner and employee Karen Carpenter are fraudsters. I hired them on May 28th to secure me an Italian passport, which they promised they could do given my grandmother’s Italian citizenship. Unbeknownst to me, but known to them, an Italian decree passed in march and a law passed on May 24th that eliminated my chances of citizenship because my Grandmother had naturalized. I specifically asked about this “rumor” and they assured me that it was false and that I could get my citizenship - to the tune of $14,000. They took my money for 6 months. They collected only 4 documents - which they said was all that was needed. And didn’t notify me until NOVEMBER that my case could not proceed because of a “recent” law change - that they said took place in July, when in fact it took place in MAY prior to me signing a contract with them. They should have never told me I qualified, they should have never signed a contract and they should never have taken a dime of my money. I’ve written to them several times in regards to this matter and they chosen to ghost me. If you’ve had issues with them as well please file a complaint with the BBB and the Florida Dept of Consumer protection.

Absolutely Do Not Trust This Company – Unresponsive, Unhelpful, and a Complete Waste of Money

I paid this company $7,000 for what was promised to be guaranteed Italian citizenship for myself and my family. After a rule change (which occurred just days before our consulate appointment), we were deemed ineligible — something that was entirely outside our control and should have been handled with care and professionalism. Instead, the company simply stopped caring.

I wrote a formal letter to the company owner requesting either a partial refund or an agreement to pursue judicial recognition, with payment upon successful citizenship — and I received no response. Zero accountability. No willingness to even discuss options.

Throughout the entire process, meetings with their associates were disorganized and unproductive — they frequently came to meetings without knowing anything about my case, making the time completely useless. I’ve kept detailed records of all communications, and the pattern is consistent:

The person I need is always “in a meeting”

They never call back

I have to chase them repeatedly

My questions are constantly pushed off to another staff member who is also unavailable

Once they receive your payment, they are completely hands-off. They offer no direct support, no relationship with the embassy, and no follow-through to ensure your application goes smoothly.

I’m part of a Facebook group with over 80,000 members focused on dual Italian citizenship, and sadly, my experience is not unique. There have been multiple posts from others who felt scammed, unsupported, or abandoned by this same company. Their customer service is abysmal, and their value is nonexistent.

If you're serious about pursuing Italian citizenship, DO NOT use this company. You can gather all the necessary documents yourself for a fraction of the cost. They didn’t solve problems for me — they created them, and left me and my family feeling dismissed, unimportant, and ignored once it became clear we could not obtain citizenship.
