Only won 3 items out off 150 that I bid on so the return was not as good as it makes out

Disappointed.

Small selection of auction lots. Instructions and guidance not easy to follow. Actual costs much higher than disclosed because one has to pay to put in each bid, whether one wins or not; the cost of bidding has to be added to the winning bid along with shipping. Some bids are much more expensive than others.
The auto bid function is confusing. You can enter how many bids you want to spend on the lot, and can specify that the bids only apply in the last ten seconds. We assume that this is the last ten seconds of the actual auction. In fact, when I used this function, it ate up all the bids I said to put in, because they went in right away -- not at all near the end of the auction. If autobids don't function like they seem to claim to work, the fact should be made clear upfront.
I tried to query the site yesterday. It declined to recognize my passport (which they had given me when I signed up). I clicked for a new password, and did not receive any reply. The same thing happened today -- no response re password.
Overall, I feel this outfit is a waste of time, money, and attention, and advise anyone tempted to sign up to think twice about it.

My experience with previous deliveries are not good as they were delivered after one one month that too after many follow ups.when the delivery has to be done with local vendors , then why the delay?

I feel that having known this site was very good because it helps me to improve my purchases on the internet and to get articles at very low prices

I purchased something from Madbid,through buy now offer, and in india I receive the purchase only after 5 weeks. which i think should be in 1 week. although there back office response was o.k. but this may be more skillful. hope they will take care in future. madbid is intersting site for those who are interested in bidding website .

Whenever I purchased something from Madbid, I receive the purchase only after a lapse of two months. This is very poor service and also we do hot have any update in between the processes. I had to send many mails to know the status of delivery. This is very cumbersome and is very irritating for someone who had ordered an item and has to wait eternally for the despatch information. This is clearly poor management.

1) auctioned items dropped from 20 to 6-7 every day;
2) With the accumulated discount it is no longer possible to buy anything, since the few items on sale sell immediately;
3) The items on sale are not sold individually but in packages with completely useless little objects.

Pior roubada....perdi 100,00 reais, perdi não me roubaram....NÃO CAIAM NESSA FURADA, ESSE SITE É DE GOLPISTAS.... pagaram propagandas falsas no UOL, e MSN.... me cadastre sem ver as opiniões....
Não estava no auto lance...e hj ao acessar o sistema há apenas 1(um) credito...

I enjoy the bidding process on Madbid - it can get quite exciting. Also while you have to watch the amount of credits you have left, there are some great deals to be had on purchasing the credits and you can get refunds to your account when your bid is unsuccessful - and with those refunds you can purchase outright (without having to bid) for items you really want. I've, so far, purchased a Karcher Pressure Washer, a smart watch and won a Bono Robot vacuum cleaner for approximately €40.00.

Further I had an issue with the incorrect plug sent with the Robot Vacuum cleaner - and I contacted Customer Services, who fixed the problem immediately and were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I got one Laptop at very attractive price & delivery was excellent. I intend to make some more purchases as product quality is assured.
