Ho ricevuto entro i tempi previsti la merce acquistata.
I due costumi sono ddi buona fattura e le misure sono fedeli alla descrizione. Non è la prima volta che acquisto dal sito Zaful e anche questa volta confermo la serietà del negozio.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t even waste your time here, I ordered an express delivery and I can’t even track my package. They’re refusing to give me my money back. This never happened to me before in any other platform

As quickly as an appalling review appears, it’s removed. Hmm companies pay to remove bad reviews? Surely not! Then they pay to post bogus positive reviews under the term reputation repair. I can’t believe that!

I’m not certain which site is more of a scam.

The worst customer service that I have…
The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered a few clothes back in January and I have never received 3 of the items.
The customer service team keep referring to be patient but they show zero effort and action to solve the problem.
3 person were answering my messages on the app but non of them were showing problem solving attitude.
The names are Nare, Javier and Bess.
They provided horrible customer service.
I think they are scammers.
Also I tried to write honest opinions about the clothes on their app and they never publish any negative and honest comments.
Basically they charge you and if you never receive your parcel they will tell you to wait for it even through they know exactly the parcel will never show up.
The clothes are from really cheap materials and they are ridiculously small.
I ordered size M from everything as that’s my size in every shop and the size of them would be Extra Small in any other normal shop where they make clothes for adults.
And when I requested exchange first they said they can’t do that until I haven’t received the other 3 items that I have ordered... And now they telling me to send everything back and they change it even if I haven’t received 3 of the items that I have ordered.
Probably if I would send it back they would never send me anything in return and they would never refund my money either based on their actions.
It’s really sad that I will receive an automated reply on this...
I hope this shop will not operate for long as the only thing they doing is leaving disappointed customers behind.
And also charging you and not provide service is not only unacceptable but also illegal.

Do not buy men’s clothing from this company!!
They won’t fit and are of poor quality but the real issue is that they make it so difficult to return anything that you might as well go outside and throw your money in the air!!
Dreadful company that it’s an obstructive customer service system!!

Sfortunatamente la merce si è persa ed è ritornata in magazzino da loro, ma grazie al supporto di Shining l'intera somma mi è stata rimborsata. Spero di avere più fortuna col prossimo ordine, perche ho visto di persona i prodotti e sono veramente belli.

Momentaneamente delusa. Premetto che sono consapevole che Zaful e Shein, a quanto credo di aver capito, sono la stessa distribuzione ma, mentre con shein non ho avuto problemi, lo stesso non posso dire con Zaful. Intanto mi è risultato già un pò più complicato capire come ottenere degli sconti e poi i capi non sono recensibili con fotografie da parte degli acquirenti e dunque ho comprato un pò a scatola chiusa (anche perchè la maglia scelta non era nemmeno fotografata indossata da una modella). Ma comunque oggi non sono qui a giudicare questo, bensì un aspetto più tecnico. Quando sono riuscita a capire come ottenere degli sconti (ossia scaricando l'app e confermando la mia mail) ho effettuato l'ordine ma mi sono accorta che, nonostante l'avessi inserito, mancava il numero civico. Così l'ho reinserito e ho confermato il mio oridine ma, quando mi è arrivata la tracciabilità del pacco mi sono accorta che ancora mancava il numero civico, Ho immediatamente contattato Zaful che mi ha risposto di aspettare pazientemente il pacco finchè, tramite la tracciabilità, ho scoperto che il pacco è arrivato a Roma due giorni fa ma ovviamente è fermo in magazzino perchè l'indirizzo è incompleto. Ho chattato stamattina con un operatore Zaful ma parlano solo in inglese (mio limite), così ho dovuto barcamenarmi un pò fra la chat e il traduttore per evitare di sbagliare qualche passaggio. Spero a questo punto che la maglia arrivi o che mi restituiscano i soldi.

Sono rimasta stupita della velocità della spedizione.Considerando da dove viene la merce è stata veloce, l'ho ordinata il 26 Ottobre e mi è arrivata il 5 novembre.
Le taglie sono perfette, ora, la qualità è ok, chiaramente non è top ma il rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando che gli articoli che ho comprato calzano anche bene, è onesto.
Comprerò di nuovo!

When you visit this company's web site, you see the site in your own language and the prices are quoted in your currency. So, naturally, you assume that they have a branch in-country, and the clothes will be shipped from somewhere nearby. Not so! In fact, the clothes are shipped all the way from China. When they reach Europe, the goods incur a hefty import duty, plus customs clearance fees, all of which easily add up to an extra 50% of the value of the merchandise.

I complained repeatedly about this. At first they kept repeating the same refrain: "customs duties are your problem". Eventually they dug up a snippet of text buried in their terms of use that does indeed say that there may be import duties and those are the customer's responsibility. Like anyone actually reads terms of use...

Basically this is just a deceitful marketing tactic to dupe the customer into thinking their clothes are cheaper than they really are. This kind of tactic doesn't go unnoticed. I doubt they'll be in business for long.

I absolutely love this site! All the clothes I've ordered have arrived as described and shown in pictures on the site and the sizing has been spot on and fit me every time. They are made of a very comfortable material which is very flattering. Each delivery is dispatched and received very quickly with each item in it's own individual bag to stop creasing in transit. I am very happy with all my purchases and will continue to shop at Zaful.

Zaful offers good quality, affordable clothes. I have ordered several times some bikinis and I have never had a problem with them. They fit very nicely, they are good quality compared to the amount of money that you are paying. Some of them have double fabric which is amazing. Their help center has always been very efficient to answer me and help me with my questions. To farther countries, the shipping does take longer, but no additional taxes are paid for the package.

Zaful is a company who sells clothes online. On zaful you can find swimsuits, clothes, accessories and beauty products. I ordered two bikinis and after two weeks they arrived at home. They are perfectly like in the pictures! I love them and they fit well. Zaful is a site really affordable, and I recommend it to everybody!

Negativa... ho ricevuto un ordine parziale....1 bikini su 3 e sono passati 2 mesi dall acquisto.... Arriverà mai il mio pacco????

Ordered over 3 months ago and the tracking information is still stuck on the 5th of May 2020 in the country of origin, customer service is disgraceful as I contacted them MILLIONS of times and they respond with the exact same thing over and over. I have ordered before and they arrived in a months time but 3 months?? this is ridiculous. The customer service team said that I have to wait till July till they 'do something'. Honestly at this point I want my money back.

I ordered bathing suits over a month ago and they still haven’t come in. I haven’t even gotten any emails with an update on where my package is or how long it will take to get here. I will never be ordering from this place again.
