Late devlivery with no notification
I ordered the meter on 30th Mar for next day delivery, As I needed it urgently. I had a call later the same day ( Thursday ) to tell me it wouldn't be delivered until the following Monday. As it happened the job had been delayed to Thursday so Monday was ok.. It is now Thursday 6th April afternoon 16.30 and still not arrived

Thank you for your feedback over the weekend and I’m so sorry you didn’t receive this item earlier. It arrived with us just the other side of our expected ETA of mid-week on Thursday afternoon. Given that the meter also required a calibration it was not possible to ship in time for the weekend I’m afraid.
Unfortunately, Easter often compounds delays in stock movements and shipping times and your order has been an unfortunate casualty of this.

ordered a product with a 2-3 day delivery to then be contacted 3 days later saying this product is no longer in stock for another week. If a product is out of stock it should maybe state this on the website.

Hi Luke, I'm sorry you feel disappointed with the service you received from us. Any order received online where the item is out of stock are subject to the staff advising the customer within an hour. Looking into your order, I can see it was placed out of office hours but we did try to contact you on the phone & left a voicemail within an hour of coming in the next day and we did follow it up again with an email. Apologies if you were unable to retrieve the message. Unfortunately our website is currently unable to show live stock figures, but we are working behind the scenes and our new website which we plan to launch later in the year, will indeed show items in stock. I hope you will revisit us once we have the new website in place.

They don’t sell items they have in stock. Been told my order will be delivered in august 2023 and we are in January 2023. I cancelled the order then still fighting to get my refund off them. Don’t bother with these people

This lengthy lead-time was as advised directly by the manufacturer who had previously advised the item as available late January 2023 and is sadly beyond our control.
Please accept my deepest apologies for this oversight, I simply forgot to press the button to action your refund. This was a genuine mistake that has been rectified at 07:50 this morning. I'm sorry you felt that it was a fight to get your refund, this would imply that we had offered resistance to the process which was never the case, we never quibble a refund due to non-availability.
