Order correct sizes as you have no chance getting a refund unless you chase or raise a case with Trading Standards
I ordered 7 items, and received 5 of them in the wrong sizes. After contacting the company, I was told to refer to the website’s notes about certain items being resized to match their measurements. However, the measurements provided were still incorrect. They agreed to cover the return shipping, acknowledging it was their mistake. I waited until the return was tracked as delivered but still didn’t receive a refund, and had to follow up 17 days later. Eventually, they claimed I had sent a women's top instead, which was my error. Fair enough, but this situation wouldn't have happened if they had sent the correct sizes in the first place. This is the second time I've had poor service in just six months. As a loyal customer who has spent thousands with them over the years, I’ve decided I won’t be shopping with this company again or recommending them to anyone. I will only come back if they guarantee to improve their customer service. It’s unfortunate because their clothes are lovely, but I can’t keep risking being inconvenienced and losing money. This company ought to look at these reviews because TP is used by most people and the negative feedback on here I'm sure is driving a lot of customers away. ****For anyone having return/refund issues, check out Citizens advice/Trading Standards they will act on your behalf***

🚨🚨 Disgusting customer service.
been buying from this website for 3 years however now that the business has grown the owner moved to bigger premises. unfortunately customer service has declined rapidly and all correspondance has been ignored. i ordered x 2 xmas outfits for my chuihuauah that were too big. i returned them back for an exchange of a smaller size. after numerous emails and message through social media page i havent had any responce and contact has been denied. so i spent £15 for both items and the owner now has them back to sell again. so all in all £30. seems this is a regular occurance according to past reviews. my poor dog ended with no outfits for christmas.... 🚨🚨 BE WARNED...this lady owner is ripping people off...she spends all her time promoting sales however ignores any contact. !!

The worst company i have ever dealt with. Ignore all messages, emails and calls. Then send 1 reply which was no help whatsoever. Its a shame as the items are great, but if you need to return anything, or get replies to questions, they ignore you. They have time to post on social media but no time for customers! Avoid.
Item not received, emails ignored
Ordered 3 items, one was out of stock, instead of emailing me before sending to advise this, a note was just scribbled on the packing note asking me to choose something else. Picked a replacement product,emailed across with all the information and no reply!
Just sent an email requesting a refund, will wait and see if I get a reply to this one.
I find it a little ridiculous I wasn't advised the item was out of stock before the parcel was dispatched, maybe they don't think people will be bothered to get back in touch if they do it that way!

I ordered two items but only received one. I emailed the company who promised to investigate but never heard back, sadly I used Shopify to pay so unable to get a resolution or money back.
The one item I received was excellent and would have ordered more items but I now will never return as a customer.

Hit or miss
I’ve shopped with this company for years and spent a lot of money with them. But my recent experience I had to return two items because they were too small. I chased initially and was told to wait 14 days which is fair enough. I’ve chased again this week and had no response and no refund and it’s now day 20. I’ll be writing to this company and if I get no response will be going to Trading standards. The delivery service is great but the returns policy is awful.
Still no response so going to trading standards.

Like many I was seduced by the bling and choice of this website. I should have listened to my inner voice that said “don’t, just don’t”. I didn’t. They took my money right away, gave a royal mail tracking number which says “awaiting delivery”, they don’t reply to emails or the online chat. Their registered office is an industrial unit in Tilbury as is the owners address. Stay away from this company. You may as well kiss any money handed over goodbye or burn it instead. You won’t get anything from them.
I like one of the items, but POOR SERVICE
I like one of the items, and although big-ish, it is cute on her. However, after using the 'method' of measurement, one item was far too big. I tried to ensure re an exchange and received a vague email in response. When I emailed 2 more times about exchanging the dog jumper, I was completely ignored.
3 stars for the one item, but 1 star for service.
Don't bother
I looked at reviews on here and took a punt because I really liked an item they had for sale and I couldn't find it elsewhere. I'm convinced any 5 star reviews must be friends and family now. I got a royal mail tracking code pretty quick but 2 weeks later it's still sat at "we are expecting your item". Seller does not reply to emails. I have put a case in with PayPal to try and get my money back.

Poor customer service
Paid for item and still waiting for delivery after a week. Tracking info says the item has not been given to courier.
Emailed twice for an update with no reply, used the chat function on website and the response was very blunt and rude.
Told me that delivery is not their problem and it's an issue with the courier.
I think their customer service needs to have a better understanding of the Consumer Rights Act, especially around the point of a customers order being a contract between the customer and them and any agreement with the courier is nothing to do with the customer.
Some basic manors and an apology like "Sorry about the issues, let me look into it for you" rather than "You want refund or resend item" goes a very long way

This website shows pretty dog beds and clothes they are not what you think it is the kind of stuff you would find on temu horribly cheap and nasty i ordered a dog stroller it came with a stain i let it go but wished i had not. I recently purchased a dog car seat it has a disgusting mesh bag underneath the cushion what idiot designed this!?? The mesh bag is huge and most dogs dig when making their bed so can cause nails to get caught in the matierial or it could even be a suffocation issue or choking hazard. Seller didnt care about this the Seller said bag is not to be used unless putting the car seat inside! You can transport a dog bed easily you dont need to stuff it into a mesh bag Its dangerous for the dog to have that underneath Its sown in its horrible the clasp is cheap plastic. Worst of all the seller stated her dog uses it. That poor dog. There customer service is vile they want me to pay return postage for this and the postage will cost more than it is worth i could of bought this from temu for half the price and returned it for free. They are heartless and dont care for their products or their customers avoid please there website is very attractive but it is not what it seems total scammers btw this dog bed cost 50 pounds it is light blue but comes in different colors please dont buy it.
EDIT: just posted a review on their webiste under the product they have removed it within one day it was a fair and honest review of my expiriance and they deleted it they have not apologised im still disputing with paypal as they refuse to cover the return costs!! Saying it was as described it was not!!!! Vile company you get good service if you compliment them but if you have a problem they ignore you like they are ignoring me right now.

I'm shocked by some of the reviews on here as I have shopped with Isle 4 Dogs multiple times over the last few years and their service and products are always excellent.
The website is easy to navigate and the items are dispatched quickly. The items always come packaged well with lots of thank yous on stickers, notes, leaflets etc. It always makes me happy I shopped with them as they seem incredibly grateful for the business. There's often an extra treat in your parcel too (sweets, dog treats etc.) which is a nice touch!
My dogs love the fluffy mats they sell and the jumpers always fit them well too. If you're unsure of which size will fit, you can also ask them and they advise.
The customer service is appalling
The customer service is appalling. They do not have any manners nor do they know how to speak to people in a correct manner it's unbelievable the fact that they run a business and do not know basic good customer service it's ridiculous.
