Waiting for a month for an order, already tried to lecture me about roads being closed in my country which they are not, for way more than 3 weeks.
After a late refund recommendation, turns out you only get your money back when they receive their product back, money you paid for a product, you also did not receive. Amazing business method.
Worst distributor I have tried to work with.

We are sincerely sorry that this delivery experience did not meet your expectations. Your order was prepared and shipped within the announced timeframe from our side. Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, the delivery process unfortunately depends entirely on their logistics network.
As explained during our exchanges, your parcel is currently the subject of an ongoing investigation with the carrier, as it is still officially registered within their network. According to the procedures applied to international shipments, a refund can only be issued once the investigation is closed and the parcel is officially declared lost or returned to the sender.
In order to avoid making you wait for the end of this procedure, we offered you an exceptional solution: an immediate reshipment with a store credit higher than the value of your original order, so that you could quickly receive the products needed for your activity. This solution was declined on your side, as you preferred to wait for a refund instead.
Additionally, the current logistical situation in Portugal has caused disruptions in certain transport networks, which can unfortunately impact delivery times beyond our control.
Our goal is always to support our clients and find fair and practical solutions when unexpected situations occur.
As soon as the carrier closes the investigation, the appropriate resolution will of course be applied immediately.

Nous proposons effectivement plusieurs tailles de strass, car chaque client peut préférer un rendu plus discret ou au contraire plus visible selon le résultat souhaité.
Si le strass vous semble trop petit, il est tout à fait possible d’opter pour une taille supérieure afin d’obtenir un rendu plus marqué sur la dent.
N’hésitez pas à nous indiquer la taille que vous avez reçue ou celle que vous recherchez, nous pourrons vous orienter vers les modèles les plus adaptés.
