The product description in combination with the product photo was pretty poor. I thought I was getting a pretty good deal, but I turned out I only got a part of what I thought I ordered.

Thanks iShopTech for a great purchasing experience
My recent experience with iShopTech was fabulous. I ordered the wrong product and had to return it for a credit and then purchase the correct product.
iShopTech were very helpful with prompt attention to solving this problem. They were at all times communicative, professional and friendly.
I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and can recommend them wholeheartedly. Thanks iShopTech for a great purchasing experience.

I preorder the new Samsung HW-Q950Tfrom JB but I was let down as they could not deliver so I had to ask for my refund a week after the release date. then by searching on the net I found IShopTech selling it and the total cost including the delivery was 400 dollars cheaper that the price I paid for preorder. The delivery was very fast considering that we are in a covid-19 period it took just 3days from Melbourne to Brisbane and the customer service team was updating me always on the progress of my order. I totally recommend people to have a look at this online shop as they are on top of their game. I will never hesitate to buy from them again as I know they are hassle free. and the Item received is just great
thank you IShopTech.
