Very poor service
Good products and rates 4 stars, but due to the very poor service provided by the owner, Isfjord Premium Arctic Spirits hits only 2 in total.
If you have a question before placing an order, expect several weeks for a reply by email, if you’re even lucky enough to receive one. Seems like, only the direct orders get a quick reply.
As a distributor of high quality spirits throughout Europe, I had an interest in the Isfjord products and before placing an order, I had a few questions regarding the use of water from the glaciers of Greenland.…..I’ve never received an answer, despite several inquiries.
In a highly competitive business, I can only wonder why.
