Absolutely do not buy this product. I wish I had read the reviews here earlier. The product hasn’t arrived — I’m still waiting, and I can’t get any response. There’s no customer support. My money is gone for nothing. Scammers.

Absolutely do not order from this company. They say they are a Spanish company, but everything is shipped from China. Because of this, shipping takes a long time, and they ship each item individually. I paid for my order on the 24 March, one item was delivered 14 April, one item 12 May, and I am still waiting for the final item.
Their customer service email is awful, they take weeks to reply, and having shipped the first item back for a refund, they were not in to accept the return, and now it is waiting at the post office and they refuse to pick it up, so they will not refund me.
Such a terrible company, with awful customer service. Do not buy anything from here!!!

Absolutely disgusting company. Bought two items and when checking the shipping, it was coming directly from Wuhan China and not from Spain as specified. When it arrived, the quality was awful, and didn't look or fit like the ones on the website. I requested a refund, and sent the items back within their specified time including the tracking number. They didnt bother collecting the parcel on their end, and its been so long that the parcel company is now returning the package back to me. I have sent many emails chasing Isabelinass, yet they have ignored my emails. I have now lost more money returning the package as well as never receiving the refund. Absolutely avoid this company. Such an absolute scam.

Customer service replies are agonisingly slow, I wrote to cancel my order and got a reply 5 days later saying I cannot cancel the order because "yolanda" said I can only cancel the order within an hour of confirmation. Also, Isabelinass does not have a company e-mail, all replies are via a Gmail account. I suggest writing to the EU commisions for fair trade and also include Shopify in the complaint cause they also did respond to requests to engage the shop.
Got a reply from the merchant 31/05 berating me that its our responsibility, the customer, to read the policies on thier site, but no mention about them fulfilling the 10-18 day shipping. we shall see...

Ordered April 6....received part of the order May 23...not worth the wait!

I spent over $200 on an outfit that never delivered. It’s been almost 2 months and nothing. They are frauds!

ATTENTION! DO NOT TRUST!!! I Payd, order never arrived. They answered to first and second mail making "time" postponing delivery, that they never did.

Spent £100 and I have still never received my order

Customer service is pointless

It’s a scam company, they are not from Spain, everything is from China, if you are lucky you will get some poor quality garment after 3-4 months - not 5-10 days.
Don’t pay them a single doolar!

Kept chasing them up. They said it’ll be worth the wait as being made.
Wasn’t impressed by the awful material and the cheap zip on the side of the playsuit that keeps getting stuck and doesn’t go up easily.
Wouldn’t order again !

Ich habe nach zwei Monaten noch immer nicht die ganze bestellte Ware erhalten. Das was ich bekommen habe entspricht aber niemals der Qualität und dem Preisniveau mit dem es angepriesen wird. Badesachen können "lt. EU Hygienevorschriften" nicht retour gesandt werden?!? Frage wie das alle anderen Unternehmen schaffen. Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienst war nur einmal möglich, dann Funkstille. Über die retournierte Ware, welche auf meine Kosten zurück gesandt habe, bis heute keine Geld retour erhalten. Kann nur alle WARNEN - HÄNDE WEG!!!! von diesem Anbieter!!!!!!

I ordered from Isabelinass and they never delivered anything after 2 month, I told them to cancel my order surpassingly they answered my email of cancellation in 30 min and they never answered again no clue about my refund.
They are cheating on people

I ordered a swimsuit from Isabelinass and received the wrong one — a style I never ordered, and it doesn’t even fit. To make matters worse, they refused a return, citing their policy that swimwear cannot be returned. I understand hygiene policies, but how can this apply to items they sent in error? Completely unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and will never order here again.

Where to start with this company is like choosing if I want to be punched in the face, or have an enraged bull ravage me.
They have been utterly appalling, taking money and never getting the goods is all that they are superb at. I broke my breast bone once and I think I would rather do that again than have communication with this company EVER again! The company is more fake than Katie Price cleavage and has the morals of Pablo Escobar in a pharmacy.
Please, do not waste your money on these people, i don’t like seeing people get ripped off and that is exactly what will happen to you. There is nothing legitimate about this company and I implore you to go somewhere else for clothes. If they do actually send you something, it will be as good a quality as something fashioned out of river rocks and as comfortable as chub rub.

I’m out of words to express my frustration on this, please don’t order anything from them I REPEAT don’t order , 4months later the set came but its not what i ordered cheap quality from China not same as the picture , mind you they blocked me on Instagram after calling them out! It’s a scam/fraud , do not get anything from them !!!
