If there was an option to give no stars I would. My order took 8 weeks to arrive for a start & it was only shipped out to me because of the constant emails I sent to chase up. I no longer wanted to item as I order it for an event so asked to return it - I have returned it 2 weeks ago and the returns address they provided me with was unable to receive my order as no one was at the delivery address so I am uot £150 out of pocket. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

Summer clothes bought online in march arrived one of the last days of July. Online described as linen clothes, but actually very little linen, mostly cotton and synthetic. Cheap Chinese quality, bad design and not worth the money.

Run don't walk away. Shipping took 2 months. When I finally understood it wasn't coming on time I asked to cancel. Customer service is completely non responsive. Product was poor quality, wrong colour and they refused to accept a refund. It is a scam to steal your money.

Il vestito mi è arrivato dopo 4 mesi e da policy c'era scritto che sarebbe arrivato entro 14 giorni e non mi consentono di fare il reso ignorando le mie mail. Come si fa a segnalare questa truffa per far chiudere il sito?

The product was below every expectation. It was so bad that you cannot image. Beautiful pictures the worst experience ever. I hope you give my money back. And I hope nobody will buy this.

Wish I have read reviews before I’ve ordered anything from this shop. Delivery taking forever ! And the quality is shocking !!!!! Nothing like on their pictures !!!! Material is different very cheap with thread coming off everywhere !!! An absolute scam !!!

Beware! Total scam! I waited 3 months to receive the order, only to find out the quality is terrible and looks nothing like the picture… After weeks asking for return information and paying for the return shipping, I’ve never heard back from them despite multiple emails…. Do not buy from this website!

$80 for a swimsuit and its nothing like how you advertised. crooks and rip offs.
buy off shein for the same quality. do not trust or waste your money buying anything from this site

Une qualité plus que médiocre, les maillots de bain ne ressemblent en aucun cas aux photos du site, les couleurs ne correspondent pas les accessoires non plus, la forme, rien n’y est. surprise lors de l’expédition de ma commande qui vient de Chine alors que je pensais être sur une haute qualité. Cerise sur le gâteau le retour n est pas possible, en effet après avoir écrit mon mécontentement et avoir les démarches pour un retour, ils me disent que les retours Europe ne sont pas possible, à 80 euros le maillot en promo je trouve ça honteux…

June 5th I ordered a bikini and a jumpsuit. I have still not received my order. This company and the lack of service is absolutely horrible.

I have written several times and only delayed excuses are sent my way, no real action. I have asked for my money back with no response. Now my bikini has been shipped. On news on the jumpsuit. I wanted the clothes for my vacation, but after 7 week a still no package. I just want my money back.

I can not warn anyone enough, DO NOT buy from this website

Slechte kwaliteit. Zeker dat geld niet waard! Pakketje aanstekend teruggestuurd. Melding gekregen dat het is afgeleverd maar krijg geen terugbetaling. Reageren ook niet meer op mijn mails!

Niets op bestellen!!! Je wordt opgelicht!

The bikini took 3 months and when it came (from china) it was nothing like advertised and so badly made.
After 2 months of waiting I said I no longer wanted the bikini as my holiday had been and gone but they ignored me.
They are a massive con and I’m gutted I fell for it

Disgusting. Very bad quality jumpsuit that I got after almost one month. Now trying to give this s*** back and get my money back. It's ashamed. DONT BUY FROM THEM! I SAW A LOT OF BAD REMARKS HERE AND STILL...I BOUGHT IT...REALLY DISGUSTING

J’ai commander un bikini qui n’est jamais arriver et j’ai envoyer des mails et ils m’on répondu après 2 mois qu’il n’y avait plus l’article et que j’allais être remboursé … je n’ai jamais reçu mon remboursement .. grosse arnaque vraiment .. je ne comprend pas après autant d’arnaque comment le site peux toujours existé

Tua spedizione ma qualità del prodotto scadente per il prezzo e rifinita male. La qualità può essere paragonata a SHEIN e i tempi di spedizione più di 2 mesi. Non credo riacquisterò altri prodotti considerando il prezzo del costume mi spiace

I ordered 3 items from Isabelinass back in April and this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. After countless follow ups, I only received one item which was cheap, low quality, and clearly shipped from China, despite them branding themselves as a Spanish company.

The remaining two items are still missing three months later. No refund. No updates. Just empty promises and painfully slow replies. It feels like a complete scam with inflated prices for products that look nothing like what’s advertised. Avoid at all costs.

Please don’t waste your time with this retailer. Firstly their orders take over a month to arrive and what’s worse is the quality it sooo bad!! Like a cheap item ordered straight from China. Then when you want to return it, you as a customer have to pay all return fees and the process is so complicated so you are basically stuck with the items!! In my case they even forgot to add in one of the items that I have paid for and nothing was communicated to me. What a scam of a company.

It is a fraud, my BEST friend bought a piece of shit made in china. The item took forever to arrived after taking the payment, so my friend reported to the authorities as a scam/fraud. All the sudden the shit dress arrived. Then my friend tried to return and get a refund, of course she has to pay to send It back, the package then was return to my friend unopen without any explanation. If you have notice after any negative review there are few positive reviews writren feim ES (SPAIN) under foreign name which IS souspicious. Please, go to the authorities to pub and formal complaint.
