Shopped with Isaacs treasures since my son was a few weeks old purchasing petit boum bottles & sensory toys, he’s nearly 6 year old now and ive purchased amazing brands such as tonies, tickit, curiosity corner, needoh and yellow door etc. Every item I’ve purchased & received has been top quality and packaged very well. Recently I’ve purchased a lot of yellow door stones & curiosity corner rollers and they are amazing thank you so much. Delivery is always quick never had any issues and I love supporting small businesses because they matter. Highly recommended this company x

We love Isaac’s treasures, we’ve been shopping here for over a year now as we love how many different brands they stock and the variety of products available. They are always quick to ship so turnaround is short and they always have latest releases too!

After reading through the number of terrible reviews this woman has received, I realized I was far from the only person who had a negative experience dealing with her. It’s honestly shocking to me that she is still allowed to continue trading and treating customers this way. From the moment I dealt with her, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of handling things respectfully or trying to resolve the situation properly, she chose to continue the hostility and even went as far as leaving a nasty and unfair review afterward.

It’s very clear from both my experience and the experiences of many others that this is a repeated pattern of behavior. Customers should not have to deal with this level of disrespect, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct. I normally don’t leave negative feedback, but I feel people deserve to be aware before choosing to deal with her.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Isaac’s Treasures. I sent a formal cancellation request BEFORE my order was dispatched. This request was completely ignored, and the item was sent anyway. I have since sent further communication via various routes which have also been ignored.
I have today refused delivery of the parcel via Royal Mail so it is returned to sender.
Furthermore, I have noted in your terms that you attempt to charge a £5 fee for cancellations. Please be aware that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, it is unlawful to impose any fees or penalties for exercising a right to cancel. I am entitled to a FULL refund. I will have to raise a dispute with Clearpay if my messages continue to be ignored.

Update (June 2026):
To correct the business’s reply: Clearpay did not rule in their favour — they closed the case because it was outside their remit. My bank has since upheld a chargeback for a wrongful charge. My cancellation was sent before dispatch, which is valid under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Their response is misleading and does not reflect the actual outcome. Their dismissive reply only highlights how unprofessional their handling of this has been.

Order never delivered and the response from the business was genuinely shocking. I was spoken to rudely, blamed, and money was withheld.

I’m escalating this to Trading Standards. The tone and handling left me anxious and unsettled. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Avoid.

Edit: not sure how she has the decency to reply. Scammer avoid!

Ich habe schon mehrfach dort bestellt und war immer zufrieden.
Jetzt war allerdings ein Artikel trotz originaler Verpackung beschädigt, keine Ahnung, wie das passieren konnte.
Ich habe mich mit Beweisfoto an die angegebene Mailadresse gewandt und habe jetzt seit über eine Woche keine Antwort erhalten.
Das heißt ich bleibe jetzt einfach auf dem defekten Artikel sitzen.
