I was recently referred to Irwell Law to seek guidance for a false claim made against our company. Whilst I had prepared the draft response, I needed a legal professional to comment on the draft response to ensure that it was factual, logical and justifiable to refute the claim. My call was taken by Mabel Hastings who was quick to grasp the case over the phone and asked me to send the documents to her by email. Mabel swiftly reviewed my draft response and provided relevant inputs to look like it was prepared and presented by a legal professional and I was able to submit my response within the deadline! Mabel was very patient and efficient all throughout and she also followed up with me the next day to check if I had submitted my response within timelines. Thank you, Mabel.
