Highly recommended top class
Really professional work completed to high standard friendly and flexible staff went above and beyond to complete the job really pleased with work

Great service. The guys were on time, very friendly and a great quality of work. The couch was out of place during the day for screeding and they even offered to come by after another job to put it back in place.

The flooring is perfect in quality and finish. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for new flooring.

Highly recommend, i had new flooring and skirting installed in the downstairs of my house and the have done a excellent job. Will definitely use again, great communication throughout the whole process.

We had our whole house re-floored by Irvine Improvements who were recommended to us by the Flooring Superstore. I must admit, I have seldom come across people so dedicated to their work and you could tell that they really enjoyed their job. The work was done to very high standards. We sent a list of 3 snags (very minor) and those were fixed in the same week.

I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for piece of mind and job done professionally.

Louis and the team completed flooring and plastering in my home, both jobs were carried out to a very high standard and I would absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic communications too !

Fantastic work carried out by Irvine improvements flooring our entire property. Carpets, LVT, lino, and tiling are all perfect. Friendly service. You can tell they really care about their clients. Highly recommend. Would not go elsewhere!

Irvine Improvements have just completed laying laminate flooring in our property.

They did a fantastic job, finding solutions for the challenges the property presented.

The work was completed as per the estimate, on schedule and with a first class standard of work.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Irvine Improvements again, or hesitate to recommend them.

Flooring looks great.
Very clean and tidy.
Thanks for the great job

What a great company! They were very professional, quick to respond, clean, tidy and their work was immaculate. My flooring is flawless and I would highly recommend using them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great guys. Polite, tidy and we love our floor! Would recommend.

Very professional, from the communication with the customer to the high standard of work. I couldn't be happier, they met all my expectations and more.

Did a professional job, very tidy , i was dreading the mess.but was nt nearly as bad as the team was very tidy wrapped everything in plastic , tape doors etc.
Also very pleasent people to be working about our home.
The job has transformed my livingroom and hallway , delighted

We were delighted with everything from start to finish always getting back to us straight away and today we had our flooring installed and we are very happy with it, excellent company to deal with highly recommended

Great communication compared to so many previous situations with other businesses. Everyone was friendly and we were very happy with the results on more than one occasion using Irvine Improvements. Both a challenging floor fitting and some MDF shelves have been successfully sorted in a short space of time. No complaints, will definitely use Irvine Improvements again in future!

Great service from Louis and the team. Came when they said communication was great, they were friendly and cleaned up well when finished. I had an issue with number of floor tiles which were suppliers issue, when I got replacements Louis came back to replace faulty tiles. Great service overall

The team were friendly, professional and communicative and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. I had some old carpet removed and replaced with Quick-Step vinyl. It was a big job (my flat is Victorian and the original skirting is in place) and there were some unexpected hurdles, but everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I love my new floors and would absolutely recommend this service. Thank you so much!

Terrible communication and rip off pricing. I was giving their card by the flooring superstore to have flooring laid. I called and they said they would send me a quote and availability the same day. Didn’t hear anything for two days, I called to check if they could still do the work and tried several times with no answer. The quote appeared over night with no available dates. I tried calling several times again to ask if I accepted the quote on their online system via the email when the work would actually be done. Again I received no reply. I sent a text message and again got no reply. They just messed me about wasting several days of my time heading towards Christmas making it more difficult for me to find someone else. I was also quoted £360, when I realised I was just being messed about I put a post on the local Facebook page and got a recommendation and the work was done for £250. If you can’t do the work just say, don’t mess people about.

Irvine Improvements recently fitted our new build home with all flooring, both carpet and laminate throughout (3bed). They’ve done a great job! Louise and Natalie communicated excellently putting my mind at rest when any issues arose. They dealt with conflicting tradesmen installing items, they were able to negotiate their way to get the job done.

Theres some after care work needing to be completed at a later date being organised with Natalie, again communication is great.

Excellent service from start to finish, wonderful job done and we couldn’t be happier.

I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone for their services.

Thanks again guys!

Would avoid this company.
