Our warehouse did contact you and offered you free expedited shipping and a free extra omnidirectional mic, obviously because you ordered a directional bendable mic. They were hoping this would solve your problem better. However, he did not know that you had set your email to only accept incoming messages from people you have approved. Usually, normal buyers do not do that, so he thought you should have received the email. This is why you said you received an extra mic when you only ordered one.
We do have a description on our website stating that it is a bendable mic for directional sound, but you said we do not have that.
You contacted our customer support and sent us a machine code, asking if we are associated with the code you found on your credit card statement. Our support team did tell you that if you use PayPal as your credit card processor, they may use a dynamic descriptor instead of the merchant name. That is an issue between the PayPal gateway and your bank, which is out of our control.
For each of your transactions, you received a receipt with full details of your order that exactly match your credit card statement. I don’t know why you are saying you used your credit card directly with us—we do not process any credit cards directly on our website. All our payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe. You chose PayPal as your credit card processor, but you deny that you did that. You know everything, yet you pretend you know nothing about it.
This is a very good lesson for us: never offer any kindness for free.
