Load of crap copies made out of Bizarre thin material . They don’t send you most of the stuff and if they refund you they short change you . Please don’t waste your money on these con artists . SCAM SITE USING PINTEREST IMAGES
Looked at the site and thought the clothes looked amazing for the price so did a little digging and google searched the photos of their clothing. They are using pinterest images and pretending the clothes are theirs and on sale!
They send you an item which is not what you ordered so it can be recorded that they sent you something. Then they charge extortionate return charges or they offer you 5-7% less of your money back. Most people don't bother to return the item as it costs more than what they will get back.
AVOID and always check website reviews before purchasing!

These clothes are absolutely terrible and do not resemble the clothes advertised on the website in any way what so ever. Do not buy any clothes from IrisRuby. They are made in China and sent from China, so any returns have to be returned to China, even though the package was sent from Birmingham. I, too, wish I had read the reviews before I bought them.

Knitted cardigan came as nylon shirt- and a really horrible one too!
I so wish I had read everyone's reviews before I ordered what I thought was a beautiful knitted cardigan. I was really excited about receiving it, but when the package arrived I knew from the very small size of it that something was wrong. It turned out to be a horrible, brightly coloured nylon shirt which is so disgusting I can't possibly wear except to decorate the house. I've emailed Irisruby to try to get a refund, but haven't had a reply. From all the comments, I think I'm going to have to write off the money. Thank goodness I ordered only one item. I will be much more careful about online shopping in future.

I think this is the same company as Damensein
By the look of the clothes, I think this is the same company as Damensein - that I ordered from and had a terrible experience - the dress was so big, I could have fitted a friend in there. Sending it back was a long expensive haul, which you had to fund yourself - to China. They seem to have a lot of names for their company - but all offering basically the same rubbish and appalling service.

I wish I read read the reviews before ordering from Irisruby! It is all true. The products look nothing like the website and they are the worse type of rubbish you can imagine. Do not buy anything from this company. I spent £100 and it all looked so beautiful and it was all vile. I ordered a long knitted colourful cardigan and when it came it was not knitted but horrible printed nylon!!! It is a big scam!!

Their website shows photos of gorgeous hand knitted clothes. What you get in reality is such utter rubbish and of poor quality, that it is a joke!
I really don’t know how Trading standards allow them to keep trading and advertise on Facebook.
Please do not be tricked into buying the rubbish they sell- as you will not get your money back when you try and get a refund!!

This is a bait and switch scam - entice you with beautiful pictures of lovely items, then send rubbish which bears no resemblance to the items in the photos. They pretend to be UK based, but are in China. You don't discover this til you order. Spent £70 on 3 items. Cost to send back to China extortionate, then they make up excuses not to refund. So awful it’s nearly funny and it gets worse
I ordered four items . When they arrived they weren’t remotely like the items advertised.The sizes were a sort of guesswork and there where what appeared to be bleach marks on one item’s sleeve .When I attempted to contact the company that email was stopped and bounced back .I will attempt to return these but I’m not at all confident .further to these post I got a reply from them asking me to contact them with order details at a specific email address. I did attempt this however when you get through there is nowhere to leave a message and if you select contact us your told to contact the same email address perhaps they would like to ring me?

Excitedly anticipated the arrival of my expected beautiful knitted hooded coat. It finally arrived 3.5 weeks later looking nothing remotely like the advertised garment I was led to believe I was ordering. Material was cheap, colours were terrible, the size was completely wrong and it certainly wasn't even a poor attempt to imitate the garment I ordered, it was an appalling attempt to be honest. I will never order from this company again. They should be closed down for fraudulent deception. I will be warning people via Facebook and Twitter not to order from this company at any cost.

I like many others have been scammed by this company..like others have said..I also paid through PayPal and waited nearly 6 weeks for delivery..when the parcel arrived it contained a thin coloured rag not the beautiful long cardigan I'd ordered...also,in the parcel was a piece of paper with some gobbledeegook about returns,but no address or information of where to return to.i then tried to contact the company via its customer service info but they did not reply.
When I spoke to PayPal they opened a case and contacted iris ruby/fashion web..they said they would let me have a discount of 25% off the item ( to relieve me of the hassle of returning) this is bizarre as they had charged me £31 for this rag instead of what I'd ordered..so I declined..however because I didn't see the reply via PayPal within the allocated time the case was closed...I have now contacted my bank and I'm trying to get a refund this way...please please do not purchase from these scammers..why haven't Facebook stopped them advertising on their site...I will never purchase anything from anyone advertising on Facebook again..lesson learnt!! 😥

Well I certainly won't be buying from IrisRuby again. What a dreadfullly misleading advertisement for their cardigan. It turned out to be thin nylon and the colours were different and hideous, nothing like on the advertisement! I also have had to pay the return postage of £6.55. If I am not refunded I will act further. BEWARE!! Two months after I sent it back they say they haven't received it! I'll inform the public if they never refund me.

This is my second review regarding this scandalous Company. In common with everyone else I received shoddy goods bearing no resemblance to what I had ordered. I paid via Paypal so brought a case against them. I had to return the goods (Paypal gave me £15 towards postage which cost £16). I didnt know about this until I phoned them. It has taken a long time - nearly 10 weeks but I eventually got my money back from Paypal. I would like to know how they are still in business. Hope this information helps someone get their money back.
