Morgan A was very helpful. I needed to know the dividend deposits I had made YTD in both my Traditional IRA and my Roth IRA. She showed me how to find the information on the website and answered my questions. She was polite and professional.

Morgan A - What a customer service rep should be
The customer service rep, Morgan A, was exceptionally helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and was very friendly and easy to understand. Additionally, and exceptionally, when our first call was unexpectedly dropped she called me back!!

You people are pathetic
You people are pathetic. The request to transfer funds was made on the 28th of July FOR AN EXPEDITED TRANSFER. Funds shoule have been transfered on the 29th or the 1st. CAN YOU DO ANYTHING ON A TIMLY BASIS???

I received a letter from the IRS…
I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owe money from 2021 and 2022 from a 990T form I never received. My husband has been trying for a week for someone to return his calls from the tax department. My question is what service do they provide as it's certainly not customer service.

Top notch customer service
The idea of opening a self-directed IRA can be intimidating. After years of discussions and research, we finally did it and chose IRA Financial after speaking with several options recommended by Forbes. The customer service experience has been very good. Today, I had to conduct a transaction on the IRA Financial website and Morgan A was so patient and helpful. With her help, I learned how easy it is to do the tasks I need to do to move money and investments around. Customer service is easy to reach and they are very practical in showing step-by-step how to do things. They have integrated everything on their website and made access to traditional investments and banking simple so that you can park money easily while assessing non-traditional investments. It is really a no-brainer to go with IRA Financial and I am glad I did. …and thanks Morgan

Most everything about working with IRA…
Most everything about working with IRA Financial has been positive. I have been using them as SDIRA custodian for 7 months and made 7 investments. Customer support has been good (most recently Morgan A). Web site is decent. My only complaint is how long it takes to get an investment through the IRA Financial process. A private investment that I do outside of my IRA typically takes about 2 days start to finish. With IRA Financial, the same investment might take 2 weeks.

Suvie F is a rock star!
I had been struggling for weeks to complete a transfer between another bank and IRA Financial. Suvie initiated a 3-way call with the other bank and tirelessly worked with them for OVER AN HOUR to get it completed. Her calm demeanor kept my frustrations in check as the other bank kept having issues on their end. It wouldn't have happened without her. Thank you, Suvie!

The ladies(Morgan & Brittany)that answer the phones are always pleasant, knowledgeable about technolog & helpful. Morgan A was very helful &patient with me when I called. She walked me thru everything I needed to do. If one way didn't work, she found another way. She spent 40 mins with me. I was so apprecative of her time, knowledge & patience.
