⚠️ BE CAREFUL — UNEXPECTED SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE
I paid a small amount (around 10–18 SEK) to take an IQ test on IQCenter. I did not knowingly sign up for a recurring subscription, but I was later charged around 400 SEK.
I contacted IQCenter and asked for a refund. They only refunded around 18 SEK, while the approximately 400 SEK charge remained.
I have also found several other customer reviews describing a very similar experience: people paid a small amount for an IQ test and were then charged around €40 for a subscription they say they were not aware they had agreed to.
I have now cancelled the subscription and disabled online purchases on my bank card to prevent any further charges. I am also contacting my bank, Nordea, to dispute the approximately 400 SEK charge.
I strongly recommend checking the terms and subscription details very carefully before entering your card information. I personally did not understand that I was agreeing to a recurring subscription.
I am still waiting for IQCenter to respond to my refund request. I hope they will return the remaining amount.
Please be careful and check your bank account after using this service.

Deceptive billing—charged after subscription ended!Total scam. I took their test and made sure to cancel my subscription before it renewed, but IQ Center charged my card anyway. This is completely unauthorized and predatory. Do not trust this website with your payment details. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank.

Like everyone else here I was scammed by this company. Paid a small fee for test results and then was signed up to a hidden subscription and charged £39.95. Reached out to them for a refund but they refunded the small fee and not the £39.95. When I contacted them again to ask for the £39.95 they stopped responding. I have now reported them to my bank and will be escalating further.

Misleading trial charge and hidden subscription trap
I paid around 95p for what was advertised as a one-off test on their website. Nowhere during the checkout process was it clearly or transparently stated that completing this payment would automatically enroll me into an expensive recurring subscription.
I only realized what happened when unexpected charges started appearing on my account. Enrolling customers into recurring billing without explicit, clear consent is incredibly misleading.
I have already requested a full refund and immediate cancellation, and I will be escalating this through my bank and UK consumer protection bodies if it is not resolved. Avoid this site and check your bank statements carefully if you've used them.

I was scammed into a subscription
I was scammed into a subscription. I had paid £1 or so for a test, which was advertised as a one off payment, however a few days later, I was charged £40 by the company for a subscription. They also use fake trustpilot reviews on their website. I will be contacting my bank to request a chargeback dispute. Avoid this company.

Subscription trap scam
This is a subscription trap scam. They advertise a low price for a service in order to receive test results but without you knowing they will sign you up to a subscription you didn't ask for and continue charging your card until you notice. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged $64.95 for a subscription that i didn't even know i signed up for! funny how that works. Bunch of fuckwits.
