Just completed the ordering process. Jacob, my salesperson was great. He worked with me, not against me. Highly customized my order and gave me great pricing. What a pleasant experience in today's world where companies outsource their operations. Everytime i called iPromo I got a "real" person not a script reader!

I recently ordered customized Bluetooth headphones through iPromo and it was my very positive experience with iPromo. Their customer service has been above and beyond in case you need help with any projects down the road.

My experience this time is about the same as last time. Everything went very well. Both Courtney and Julietta were amazing to work with and made sure I was getting everything I wanted and needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use iPromo again and I couldn't recommend iPromo enough.

Jean was the best at helping me to get my order together for our benefit flash drives for our new hires.

The process went extremely well, and I cannot believe my product is already in route to me. Thanks for making my life so much easier and saving our volunteers tons of work! We used to do this manually ourselves, but since we've grown so much your process saves us tons of time and trouble!

It has taken me much too long to say what a brilliant job Jacob Epstein did with an order I placed for mugs, caps, tote bags and chargers for my class reunion held last month. Jacob not only helped Mr with selection and advised me about color choices but had your artist sharpen tbe image I sent.
Everything came out beautifully, arrived well ahead of time and in perfect condition. My classmates were thrilled.
I also have to give a shout out to Elizabeth Mendoza, Mr. Epstein's colleague, who helped with the final delivery stretch while Mr. Epstein was on vacation.
Well done! And a big thanks for making me look good to my Narimas High School classmates.

We just received our custom order of the Ravenswood Slim Power Bank with our school logo on it and not only do they look great but we received them earlier than promised! It took only a week from the time we ordered to the time they showed up in my office. Very happy not only with the product but also with the customer service we received from Jacob. I will use this company for every event! I have worked with several promo vendors and Jackie at iPromo ran circles around all of them. I was in a crunch and needed two different kinds of battery chargers delivered in less than 3 weeks. Jackie helped me find the right products and kept me calm while I panicked about my giveaways not making it on time. Jackie changed shipping addresses for me LAST MINUTE and stayed on top of everything and my giveaways arrived EARLY and they looked better than I had hoped. Not to mention they were a huge hit at Ignite. My next event will be much less stressful because I know I can depend on iPromo to handle my giveaways as if it were their own. My contact, Jackie LeClair, was amazing. Our company has an event next week for which we needed a specific item. Although the item indicated a 5-day turn, Jackie put on her cape and made it happen. Her attitude rocked, and I would be a customer even if she had not been able to make the deadline. Whoever is in charge of hiring is (almost) as much of a hero as Jackie.
