If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I went with them as I'm not allowed to physically have hold of my meds because I'm a risk to myself. So I figured pill pouches would be perfect so my housemate can give me my meds.

After about 2 months they started not bothering sending them in the pouches and just sent the boxes themselves. My house mate has to be up at stupid o'clock he doesn't have time to sort them himself before he goes to work, and there's the risk of the cats moving them and such.

Spoke to them last month because for the 3rd or 4th time they hadn't bothered sending my full prescription, before it was my painkillers which I need to function, last time though? My antidepressants. Genius idea not to send a suicidal person their antipressants... called and told them in tears I need the meds. The woman I spoke to promise my meds would be in pill pouches this month. They just arrived and surprise surprise... no pouches.

Absolutely disgusting, they don't care about their patients and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone else. In fact I'll be warning them to stay the hell away from such a poor excuse for a pharmacy.

Terrible company left without medication for over 2 weeks and just told it was in the post. Totally dangerous when someone is relying on medication!

You cant get hold of anybody to talk to even live chat you cant change if you don't need something monthly so i now have a stock pile of 1 insulin

Scam company. Their website blog is full of p*rn, dating apps, hookups etc. I never even recieved my medication and my GP surgery sent it to them a week ago.

Recently left my partner without her epilepsy medication. Took ages to answer the phone, wasnt able to get prescription sent back to the spine in order to collect locally. Woman said she'll sort it and dissappeared.

Based on my first delivery. Dates on the pouches are wrong, tablets are in the wrong pouches and the final straw, one of my meds is missing altogether.

I can't get hold of iPill for my medication by call, chat or email. It's been 3 days. Please don't go near them!

It started out so well after a terrible time with another pill pouch company pill time

But now even this company has started failing!
1. Missing items
2. Not checking prescription changes
3. Delivery later and later ive now run out of my heart meds! No sign or answer from ipill about a delivery!
4. Lack of communication - ive emailed them 5 times and no reply! On the email address they asked me to use!
5. Very slow to send out prescriptions

This company is so bad - it seems to be a good idea to sort patient's medication into pouches but they are so disorganised and almost impossible to contact - they don't reply to emails and won't answer the phones.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

Left with out medication now for a week phoned every day told
had been sent and I would receive next day normaly when post office collect parcel from them I would receive a message from post offfice. This didn't happen dispite telling.this they still said had been sent

Noone picks up the phone, no answer for emails. Absolutely 1 star, I would give them zero star.

Terrible service, accepted the prescription on the 2nd August, called 21st asking where my delivery is, told they only send more than four items so waiting for two more, why accept two items on the 2nd August then wait for a further two. How can that work?

These lot changed my pharmacy at my doctors. Had a Perscription 12 days and I’m still waiting! Total joke
Update- they said that I would have been aware when I signed up that they only send 4 or more items. (Erm no) Well then, why did you just change my pharmacy at a time when it meant you only got 3 of my 10 items! Pathetic excuse for incompetence

Utterly hopeless. - 1 star because of the nice bags.

Had to keep chasing to see if my medication has been dispatched and now told that it is unavailable. There was no call to tell me this.

How this company is still running is mystery.

I regret hugely ever letting this pharmacy handle my life-dependent prescriptions. The first few times it worked well, except for their ridiculous monthly email reminder that "They have tried". Apparently they have tried to contact me to remind me my prescription is due - they haven't, so a bizarre way to remind you. But over the last few months the service has gone completely downhill. I have been waiting for over 2 months for one item, and when I finally spoke to someone they said "it was out of stock" but they would send it out. I tried again a few weeks later and got the same reply. I am still waiting. Now my regular prescription is nearly a month over-due delivery, and I still get their email telling me "They have tried" ... Good grief!
I could mention many other bad experiences with them, all similar to the previous feedback left by others, but I won't. Just to say, whatever you do, AVOID THIS SERVICE. Do anything else, just don't use even bother trying this. Any convenience you think you may gain is soon lost in many other ways.

been with ipill for several months, usually get my prescription on time but haven’t received any medication now for 2 months. luckily i had some spare medication and gave them the benefit of the doubt as i assumed my delivery got delayed. but now its been far too long and ive ran out of meds, which id like to emphasise are extremely important i have. my health is rapidly declining by the day and i cant even seem to contact them. no answer to calls, and when i do get through on the rare occasion i'm told they cant deal with my request as they aren't open?? but they have literally answered my call. no reply to the emails i have sent. or even any type of automated response on any platform. i dont ever complain about these things, but this isnt a fun amazon package im waiting on, its my life saving medication. Obviously i am going to change back to my local pharmacy, but before i can do that i need to cancel the distribution which i cant do as i cant contact anyone! i am frustrated at this, but above anything worried about what to do next. this is even affecting my job as im starting to feel so unwell i cant go in. i probably have a case to sue the company at this rate. and maybe ill do just that, as this could have been prevented so easily. i just want someone to call me back, and actually seem to understand the extent of the situation. i have had absolute no communication from them, even amazon lets me know if my order has been delayed or its whereabouts! and judging by the reviews on here, im not the only one. although on the official Ipill page, i see only positive reviews which have obviously been cherry picked, or maybe not even real! so its easy to be misled by the website, but hopefully someone will see this review and think twice before committing.

Absolutely terrible service. They won't answer the phone or emails, they think it's funny to very, very occasionally answer the phone if you're persistent and then ask you to wait a moment but never come back.
Why hasn't the professional chemist body investigated this place?

Medication never arrived. No reply to emails. Absolute waste of time.

The worst online pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to use.
In the four months never ever got a repeat prescription correct. Every time I have chased for the prescription.
No idea what a iPill pouch is, simply never sent one.
Save yourselves the problems and headaches, read the 1 star reviews and keep away.
Spatetree Pharmacy you should be ashamed! iPill isn't fit for purpose.

Avoid like the plague!,incompetent,unfit for purpose,I've been without medication for nearly a week now and have spent 3 hours trudging around pharmacies to get emergency medication,this is the second time this has happened to me but will also be the last.I gave them enough notice to get my order ready but I had to phone up to remind them,I wouldn't be surprised if they are run by Laurel and Hardy.The idea is sound but the way they put it into practice needs looking at,as I say,avoid,avoid avoid!.It's a pity zero star rating isn't available.
