On Friday I went into Iphix looking for a new computer as my old one had began failing me. I expected to be spending thousands of pounds to get a half decent system— but I was happily surprised. Tom helped me by designing my pc at an affordable price, with good components that were up-to-date. To add, this computer took only a few days to build. Many thanks to Tom, I now have an amazing computer that streams whatever games I want!

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience with at the front desk. I needed a check on an electric part for a camera lens and they wouldn't even let me finish my sentence "i'm gonna stop you right there, we don't do camera repairs" If he would've listened to me he would realise there was no problem with the lens itself but with an electronic part.
I don't understand what happened, before they moved shop i went in with a Macbook Pro and the staff was super helpful and immediately knew what the problem was but now.. horrible experience.
I do not recommend, other places are way more friendly.

iphone problem
My husband and I visited iphix in Lisburn a couple of days ago. We didn't have an appointment but he was immediately assisted with his iphone problem. He is very happy with the friendly helpful service he received.

Best of the best
I use Iphix for all my repairs my latest one being a broken charging port on my ipad , Shane not only fixed it in 30 seconds he didn't charge me either which was surprising, Here is why I use Iphix they check the item and they give you an explanation and price there and then and most times it is ready to collect the same day.
I have sent numerous items to be fixed and they never let me down

Professional as always
I recently had an experience with iPhix that I feel compelled to share. My daughter’s iPhone 14 Pro had a smashed back and a swollen battery, so we took it to iPhix for repairs. The team was professional, polite, and took the phone in right away. When we got it back, it stopped working again due to what seemed like a hardboard issue. Even though we were about to leave for a cruise and needed the phone urgently, iPhix kept us updated but couldn't guarantee a quick fix.
We went on our trip without the phone, and when we returned, there were some logistical challenges in getting it back. Unfortunately, the phone died again shortly after we received it. I returned to iPhix (I'm sure they were getting tired of seeing us!), and after some further inspection, they discovered that the new battery they had installed was faulty. They promptly replaced it, and finally, everything was working perfectly.
Despite these hiccups, I can’t recommend iPhix enough. The team remained professional, personable, and solution-focused throughout the entire process. Their customer service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.
If you're in need of phone repairs, I highly recommend iPhix. They handled our situation with great care and professionalism, and they made sure we left happy, even after a few bumps along the way. Thank you, iPhix, for your excellent service!

Great service from the guys at iPhix Belfast
Great service from the guys and girls at iPhix Belfast, Stevie worked some electronic wizardry to repair my iPad Pro (it wouldn’t charge but could transfer data). He kept me updated and when new part arrived and repaired it quickly and explained everything. Highly recommend using them. This is my second successful time as a customer.

Would just like to say what a great service at Iphixni in Lisburn. Went there my with phone not charging. They fixed it and no charge. What a great service. So unusual in this day and age. I would highly recommend them.
