Easy ordering. Great communication. Quick shipping. Quality product. Perfekt.

The shirt looks great and came on time for the special occasion.

Christian always provides amazing service. He does his job with a smile, is friendly and knowledgeable, works with the customers on designs that fits their needs, listens and communicates and does everything in a timely manner

Amazing experience! Will definitely order from here again. Christian responded quickly and was very helpful. Kept me updated on our order. We needed a quick turn around for our shirts and they came in faster than I anticipated.

These guys stepped up when I was in a pinch. 5 custom order embroidered shirts turned around in record time. I was blown away by the service AND quality. I’ll be back for more for sure.

Super understanding and accommodating for student orgs!

This little gem of a hidden shop. Professional INTELLIGENT people behind the counter. Do you know how hard it is to find intelligence at Merle Hay Mall? They got my order right the FIRST time. They sent mock up which looked 👍 great. Overall I'll shop there again when I lose another family member senselessly to street violence or DV.

Iowa Custom T-Shirts has bailed me out two times in the last two years on getting things done right before Christmas and it has been me that has gone in last minute looking for help. These guys are not the cheapest but worth the money on smaller orders and follow through. Keep up the great work Mike and Iowa Custom T-Shirt Crue! - Mike @ Zero Connect

Helpful and quick turnaround for our company. They did a great job at getting the order in a timely manner and the pricing was fair.

I meant to do this review earlier , however with daughters graduation haven't been able to.. I will say I'm extremely disappointed in this place and due to that I no longer will do business here. I've done a nice amount of business with you all, and always have been amazing. However , my initial order was over $200 for shirts for my daughter's graduation... called Friday the day before asking could we please please add one more shirt for the only daughter who didn't order one at first as she didn't have money..I only had 6 shirts at that time...and they did tell me they could do up to 7... so I didn't think they would refuse the business especially considering it was for a once in a lifetime moment...and left one of my kids left out ... sorry not sorry! I've worked in customer for years multiple industries... and we definitely would have made sure the customer was taking care of !
