Ionian Weddings made our dream destination wedding a reality! From the start, our UK planner Emma was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and always responsive — she even provided photo examples whenever we needed, which made planning virtually so much easier. On the big day, Serena was an amazing coordinator: knowledgeable about the venue, perfectly handling all the vendors and timelines so we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking, the food and cake were delicious, and every detail was beautifully executed. Our guests raved it was the best wedding they've ever attended, and we truly didn’t want the night to end. Thanks to Ionian Weddings, my Pinterest board became a reality!

It only seems right to start by saying a huge thank you to everybody at Ionian who helped us to plan the wedding of our dreams! From start to finish we have had the most amazing experience and that’s down to the hard work of all those that were part of our journey. It’s been completely stress free, which has allowed us to enjoy every single moment leading up to our big day and, of course, our wedding day itself.
A special mention to Helen, Pat, Sarah and the lovely ladies in Rhodes - Michele & Beverley - who made our vision come to life. We really had the most incredible day, one that we’d love to relive over and over. All of our guests were blown away; the memories we made will be cherished forever and spoken about for a very long time.
Once we were engaged, we genuinely had no idea where to start looking for a destination wedding. After hearing about Ionian Weddings and from the first point of contact, we knew we’d gone to the right place and didn’t look back. For anybody reading and wondering, we got married in Rhodes at St Paul’s Chapel then enjoyed a boat cruise to our wedding reception at Skala Beach Restaurant. The vibes were immaculate and we highly recommend booking with Ionian if you’re hoping for a magical wedding day.

What an amazing wedding, all thanks to Ionian! My husband and I worked with Emma to plan the wedding of our dreams in Portugal. After seeing how fabulously they planned his sister's wedding in Positano, we knew Ionian was the way to go. Emma made the process smooth and enjoyable. We are just back from our dream wedding in Sorrento, we were married on 29th May 2025. Lucy, Maria & Antonella have been outstanding! From the day we enquired online after finding Ionian weddings on instagram we have not been disappointed! Lucy was our first contact and she helped us choose our wedding venue, then Maria was our UK wedding planner and she helped shape our vision of the wedding day, no question wasn’t answered and I had a lot! Maria was always prompt and happy to help with any query and also provided suggestions herself which was great!
Antonella was our Italian wedding planner and she was excellent, took care of everything for us and nothing was a hassle. It made our day perfect in every way and we had no stress…this was part of the reason we wanted to hire a wedding planner!

We chose Ionian Weddings for our companion to plan our wedding from a bunch of wedding companies because they stood out right away comparing to others. Lucy contacted us rapidly with various proposals and she is such a professional! She is so helpful, kind and always reachable if we have any questions. We ended up booking a venue for October 26 and everything has gone so smoothly this far. Also the Ionian portal is a great tool to keep all the planning info, that was a pleasant surprise! Seems like they really know what they are doing and that makes us feel more secure to plan a wedding abroad.

We have recently just booked with Lucy for our 2026 wedding & honestly she couldn't be of more help. Always answering every question I have and always being a phonecall or email away!
