Very well made. Beautiful designs! Easy for small children to use! I chose the bottle with no straw as I dont like cleaning them and I am so happy they have this option! Very pleased, would definitely recommend and would make a great gift also!

The design on the bottle looks significantly faded and not the same vibrant colours that are in the photo on the website

This was my second order - I really love these bottles which we use for school gym and work (I now have a few sizes and materials). I love that they can go straight in the dishwasher. The quick service from the team is also great - thank you!

Easy to order and gave me free bottle. It didn’t have a straw. I ordered separately and thought postage was a bit steep

For my birthday I asked my daughter for a water bottle that doesn't leak. I can report that as long as the top of my ion8 bottle is screwed on tightly and it's triple locked, it doesn't leak and I can confidently carry it in my back pack, even upside down. With no straw to suck or a flexible bottle to squeeze and squirt, I can now pour water into my mouth and have found I'm drinking more.

I had an issue with the lunch bag and they sent out another quickly and without any hassle. Really surprisingly helpful!!

Paid for 24 hour delivery, took 96 to deliver and refused to refund the delivery fee.

I was given a brand new Ion water bottle lovely colour but it leaks! I don’t have a receipt as it’s a present. So I looked on their website and have to buy yes buy a new seal! £7.94 inc postage which has yet to arrive! What a disappointment it leaks from brand new!

I bought two insulated bottles for my kids and received the travel mug for myself as a gift. I’m so happy with them all! The designs are nice, they slide easily into cup holders/bag pouches, and I love the fact I can add straws while the kids are young and remove them later. It’s also been hard to find kids bottles that keep water cold and have a dust cover. The travel mug keeps my coffee warm and is so stylish. Super satisfied!
