What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company, excellent quality product and exceptional customer service.
My wall mounted TV had to be replaced, I had purchased the HDTV-DL bracket back in 2017, lost the instructions and spares.
I emailed Invision who responded the next working day with the installation instructions and informing me they had dispatched a full set of installation screws which I received the following day.
I needed to contact Invision again as I still needed help with the configuration of the bracket on my new TV. Within the hour Invision got back to me with the information I needed, we are now up and running :-)
A big thank you to Lorna and the team for all their help.

Solved a problem
I recently bought a new tv to fit into the wall recess next to the fireplace. I bought a wall bracket at the time but it didn't fit the TV as it covered the power inlet. I tried another bracket but no luck. I found Invision Technology on the net and gave them a ring, explained my problem. They couldn't have been more helpful and recommending a solution. I was sent extra spaces and bolts to create a space for the power supply. I ordered the HDTV-E bracket. I have now fitted the bracket and I'm very pleased with the quality of the bracket (especially for the price) and the customer service was excellent I would recommend Invision Technology

Everything is fine!
The hardware is very solid, all parts seem to be almost oversized and both installation and handling work(ed) perfectly. A request via email had been answered in no time - friendly and competently! Nothing to complain about! Thank you!

Monitor Stand and customer service
Had an issue with a monitor stand delivered my Amazon, box had been opened, was missing parts... after contacting their support they sent with 0 cost all that was missing. Great support. The stand has been working like a charm, very good quality and doing a good job with 2 heavy monitors.

Excellent customer service
Needed advice on fixing a new tv to our original Invision wall bracket. Customer service was excellent. Kindly sent diagrams etc which were brilliant and explained where I was going wrong. The bracket was purchased 5 years ago and is fabulous quality.

Spare parts and Customer Service
I contacted the company to get some spare parts for my sons bedroom tv mount (which is very good) after he moved out as he took his tv as well as a mounting plate.
They got back to me and from the conversation I had with them it's obvious this company and their staff really care about their customers and afterservice.
By far the best customer service I have ever had.
