The installation happened in three phases: boiler, Hive, then underfloor insulation. The fitters were professional, knowledgable and courteous. The guys who did the underfloor insulation, in a Victorian multi room cellar, did a super and quick job crawling beneath the boards in hard to reach places. They also took all the laths and old lime plaster away. Keep in touch with the office to manage all three elements of the installation - you will find them friendly and helpful. Thank you Invictus for a super installation.

Gloworm boiler recently installed which I’m very pleased with.Gas safe engineer Callum and his colleague Lee did a great job, they were polite and friendly and worked hard throughout the time they were at my property.All rubbish removed and taken away and they were very clean, tidy and thorough workers .
I was shown how to operate the boiler manually until the electrician was able to fit the Hive active heating system which was a day and a half later, he explained how this worked and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions .
Invictus Energy were easy to contact and responded to my calls , they sorted out the five year guarantee/ warranty .

Invictus Energy Group recently completed a boiler and active heating system installation. The workmanship each step of the way and quality of engineers & staff was excellent. Contact with the customer service and work planning team was regular throughout the schedule and appointments were agreed and kept to. I would highly recommend this company for all energy installation needs.

They cancelled twice with not so much as a phone call. waited in all day. When they did arrive job was done well.

I Had Invictus put a Boiler in for me.I have a problem.I have rang them 3 times for some one to get in touch,they say some one will ring me so far nobody has rang me,customer service is not very good.

Friendly helpful Engineer, who phoned to say he was on his way. Kept me informed throughout with explanations, all at a safe distance. Paperwork up to date all left in order. Good workmanship.

for a year now by the invictus team so to keep my gaurantee active i phoned invictus to enquire about a service ,the receptionist was very helpfull and arrannged a service with there own engineers straight away with no problems at all.

This company has a superb customer service,spoke to quite a few on the phone always well mannered I think by the accent they have mostly been from St Helens Prescot area..never once ha we had to recall to remind them they had promised a call back..problems dealt with resolving by sending the appropriate person out to deal with issue..sadly some companies take for granted the product is sold by an advert or word of mouth..it isn’t it’s the person who deals with the initial enquiry or sadly a fault these are the companies true ambassadors,and in this company you have the best Well Done ! and thank you all for for your CARING SERVICE Brian ,Crosby.
