Ho acquistato un body, di John Galliano per Dior al prezzo di circa 5.145 euro e ho pagato quasi 700 euro di sdoganamento. Il body, che veniva rappresentato sul sito in condizioni 9 su 10 e' arrivato tutto rotto, pieno di buchi e smagliature. Ho richiesto il rimborso ma mi offrono il 20% di sconto. Diffidate. Pessima esperienza

I purchased a Chanel bag with them over the weekend online and then also got a chance to go in-person to the showroom! Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Will be back again!
Bought my first ever Chanel and JPG pieces from their website and it arrived in perfect vintage condition! I waited about 2 weeks which is fair since they source globally. Customer service was really accomodating too and answered all my requests :)
Really smooth experience! I don't think ive seen another luxury vintage spot that has such a crazy collection. I've bought from them twice now, customer service was super quick when I needed help with shipping carrier questions. And the bags showed up in great condition my gf loves them
I really do not leaving bad reviews so I will give into archive a 4 star. I ordered a Louis Vuitton black Murakami PM Theda bag. Then I visited the show room. Turns out that the bag I ordered was sourced from China. With the upcoming Chinese new year, I had to wait almost 5 weeks for the bag to be shipped. I will say the staff did their best to keep me abreast of the situation and I got tracking the day after the New Year shipping ban was lifted. I got the bag today and I do love it. Just a little unsure as the lining is beige and the photos sent and the authenticity certificate show grey lining. also the number on etched on the inside of the pocket (which took my hours to figure out where it was) was not the same number on the authenticity certificate they sent me. I am 100% the bag is authentic just a little nervous. Again the staff was nice and responsive. But if I buy from them again I’ll go into NY and pick it up.
Really enjoyed purchasing from this company and found such rare items, they have a NYC store room location as well, which was super cool to visit.
Multiple negative experiences with this Company. Company sold $2000 bag. Arrived in thin bubble pouch (no box, tissue, or packing for $2000 purchase) with dried out strap completely cracked. Contacted Company immediately which gave me the run around. Although photos of two breaks in handle, and photos of no packaging were provided, they gave me the run around and made up new "terms" not on website (screen captured all of them) to try and avoid providing a return address label or providing a refund. Did not care how I was damaged in their process with their negligent business practices. First, told me they would "get the bag repaired" "or offer me site credit" vs. a refund on a bag with two complete cracks on the one strap handle. Next showed fradulent photos of just the underside of the strap (not the top), then sent photos where the crack on top was visible in blowing up the photos, which they had not bothered to check. The owner refused to send a return shipping label or take responsibility for sending an expensive bag in a flimsy document pouch, causing intentional damages to me of $200+. Then when a refund was finally issued after I sent it back, it was shorted. There is no customer service number, the text "customer service box on website" doesn't work, and a search of New York business does not return anything for "Into Archive". The Pay Pal refund comes from a Kate Mao at RISD email. This was the second bad experience, the first was when they sold a $9000 bag. They didn't send it, and stonewalled for weeks when it wasn't shipped. Turns out they used the bag I had paid for in a paid photo shoot, and when it was finally sent, arrived in an old Amazon box with no tissue or packing. I pointed this out to them and they said it was a one time issue. The practices of this business are deeply troubled. They do not care about customers, their goods, or the damages they cause with their negligent practices. Buyer beware.
