Awful customer service. Bought lily one cup for my daughter (15) as her first ever menstrual cup and the ring used to pull it out broke after her fourth period use. Contacted customer services who told me to just cup off the ring and pull the cup out by the base.
As a menstrual cup user myself (different brand), this is really hard and you need a ring or a stem to avoid mess.
Refused to offer replacement or refund despite the website repeatedly stating the lily one cup is for beginners and is removed via the easily to pull RING!!? No ring, not easy to remove so NOT for beginners.

Contacted customer services to again to get my concerns forwarded to a manager but these were ignored and I was told to buy another via the website because it was 25% off. Shocking customer service.

Any mothers of teen girls, please choose a different brand to avoid your daughter loosing faith in menstrual cups.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY:As seen by the reply below, even though all the advertising is about how you use the ring pull to remove the cup AND how easy this would be they are suggesting removing via a very small nubbin of silicon which is really difficult for experienced users let alone beginners.

AVOID this product AVOID this company.

Me dió una reacción alérgica y hablé con ellos porque había comprado dos copas, pensando que no me pasaría nada porque anteriormente ya había usado una, pero no de esa marca. Las dos copas las abrí y me las puse. A las dos horas de quitármela empezó a picar toda la zona y estaba todo irritado. Solicité una devolución, pero la empresa no le pareció bien porque dijo que era una reacción alérgica, es que no sabía que eran médicos sin verme la zona. No recomiendo para nada esa marca, ya que la calidad de los materiales es pésima y los productos son caros para que luego te traigan alergias.

En primer lugar hice un pedido en el que se suponía que los gastos de envío serían gratuitos y me los cobraron. Me puse en contacto con ellos y es verdad que lo arreglaron rápidamente y me devolvieron el dinero de los gastos de envío.
El problema, realmente, son los productos. Adquirí un pack en el que venía el disco menstrual y la copa menstrual compacta/colapsable. Llevo años usando copas menstruales y nunca he tenido los problemas de escapes que estoy teniendo con estos productos, a pesar de estar perfectamente colocados.
Por otro lado, el borde del producto es demasiado rígido, especialmente en el caso de la copa, y hace presión sobre la uretra, la obtura e impide que orine de forma normal. Para vaciar la vejig por completo tengo que quitármela. Esto es peligroso para la salud urinaria.

En la respuesta dicen que me han enviado una solicitud para intentar resolver el problema o ayudarme pero yo no he recibido ninguna solicitud.

Attempted to buy a product from Intimina's website 3 times without success. Tried different browsers, credit cards and even emails... asked for their support and was replied fast however with no further options then try new card or browser. The purchase always got a message of "under maintenance" all 3 times after I checked the website was the official one. I buy online all the time and never occurred that I attempted to buy something 3 times and was never able to. I wonder how many clients they could be losing over this? So sorry Intimina but definitely not trying to shop with you again.

Product: I have been using the lily cup one for 5 years now and honestly it’s the best. The loop was the deal maker for me and honestly wish it was an option for the other models. I have heavier and longer periods and not having to use disposable products is amazing. If you’re contemplating a reusable period cup I’d recommend this because it’s easy and reliable and honestly it doesn’t feel like I’m on my period. Plus I haven’t noticed any issues that would warrant replacing it so I’ll get another 5 years of use out it.
Customer service: The two times I contacted them was very helpful for me. Once before I ordered about a shipping question and the other time was today about how long before I should replace mine. Don’t get me wrong I didn’t have any serious issues but Monika who helped me recently replied quickly and with the answers I needed.
Tips: For people who want to get it don’t be too aggressive while cleaning it especially with the loop. I ripped mine a couple of years down the line when I tried to get rid of the staining( this was before I knew about using hydrogen peroxide which makes it look like new btw ). I just cut it off and still use it fine but the loop makes it way easier maybe it could be sturdier and thicker?
Also to get past the learning curve of using a period cup be patient with yourself because inserting and removing does take practice plus creating that seal. So maybe use a pad while learning to avoid leaks.
But all in all I highly recommend the lily cup especially the lily cup one. Maybe they could consider making a loop option for the other ones too

Poor Customer service! They have not been helpful and 'aren't able' to send me the gift I had added with a code but was not sent to me. They told me to put through another order instead even though it was their site that glitched!

The KegalSmart device I use is really good. I recommend that.

The after service is most excellent. The lady I emailed was lovely, so caring and gave me very good advice. Couldn't ask for better with a company. Only wish other companies handled their customers in the same caring way.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the Ziggy Cup.

I have watched their video, read their leaflet and had extra tips from customer service and the fact is, it just doesn’t work! I have placed it exactly where they have advised, checked that it’s not moving, and it still doesn’t work.

I have tried it for two periods now, and I’ve had to wear pads / period pants every time because of how much it leaks. It barely collects anything and I can’t really see how it ever would.

Even if it did stay in place and collect blood, it’s sooo messy to pull out that it’s just completely unpractical unless you’re at home and next to a sink or removing it in the shower.

I’m going back to my trusty menstrual cup.

Company itself is fine - products arrived ok and customer service is quick but I can’t rate it for that when the product doesn’t work.

I'm a first-time cup user and I decided to buy Intimina's Lily cup one because it's said to be the perfect beginner's cup. When I got it, I had problems inserting it and it was painful in the beginning. I emailed Intimina's customer service who patiently guided me throughout this process. I've learned so much from them. Highly recommended.

I ordered the Lily Cup and the Ziggy Cup. So far I have been happy with the Lily Cup (only used it through one cycle). I had ordered the Ziggy Flex Cup at the same time, but the packaging was open upon arrival so I had to send it back for a replacement. Customer support was FANTASTIC in regards to getting my a replacement issued immediately.

Had a pretty good experience with ordering the package over their site. Product was safely guarded in the box, and I was quite happy to see it that safe! So when I opened the package, it was like a ceremonial thing!

So excited about my Ziggy Cup but the packaging it comes in, oh my god! THE PLANET IS IN CRISIS Intimina, what were you thinking?!??!?! You had to DHL me a box that could hold two large books and then inside I find a giant hard plastic shell just to hold this little lipstick-sized device? You know your customers care about the environment, otherwise you wouldn't plaster it all over your webpage. Please apply environmental consciousness to the packaging too. It made me physically cringe.

Had a lily cup and loop broke in third cycle. Costumer service said it's normal and encouraged to keep using it. Then came the struggle and suffering to remove cup, along with it was scratching and and cutting my tissues down there. How is it "normal" producing product, that breaks so easily and how it is okay to recommend keep using broken product. Then maybe produce products without parts that are "normal" to be broken.
Other than that cup is also leaking quite often.
Not recommend.

Product had late arrival, and I was already getting into the mood for refund, thinking it will never come... I contacted customer service, and they found latest info on my purchase, and shared updated information on the product. Info was correct and I got my package exactly when the CS lady told me

I ordered a cup but did not receive the right size. I was really frustrated because I had been looking forward to this cup. I contacted the client service right away. I did not get through at first but it did not last long either. The problem was fixed and I got my cup in a few days. Unnecessary waste of time but a good reaction.

Non seulement les produits sont de qualité et avec des packagings hygiéniques, mais j'ai été particulièrement surprise de la rapidité d'envoi ! Et que la livraison offerte soit effectuée par DHL !
